Please answer the following questions pertaining to the charter company and the yacht you chartered.
Rating of Charter Company & Yacht: 2
Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Upon arrival the Mooring Staff was friendly and accommodating
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Staff predeparture brief was complete, but not accurate. It was stated that the water tanks were full and diesel engine was checked for oil. We trusted but verified. Both water tanks took multiple gallons of water and the oil dipstick show no signs of oil. At least a quart of oil was added to engine prior to departure.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yacht was clean, however, the level indicators for water and fuel were not legible. We topped the fuel tanks half way through the voyage for peace of mind. House batteries were old and did not hold a charge. Even with running the engine 4-5 hours at night prior turning in for the night, the low battery alarm would alarm 4-5 hours into the night.
Was the yacht’s cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Cooking and cleaning equipment was sufficient
    Was the yacht well ventilated?
    No ventilation problems noted.
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
WiFi was on the vessel, but was not capable of connecting to the internet. Attempts for assistance from yacht service was indifferent.
    Cruising Area

Did you like the area you chartered in?
The BVIs is a great place for a chartered vacation. Too numerous locations to visit in a short time.
