A shared, aka “Cabin Charter”, is an excellent way to enjoy a sailing vacation in the Grenadines on a fully crewed yacht charter without the cost of renting the entire yacht.

A one week itinerary brings you to the infamous islands and anchorages that the Grenadines is known for – like the Tobago Cays and Mustique, and also gives the crew the opportunity to show you some of the gorgeous off-the-beaten-path spots. You’ll enjoy sailing, snorkeling and swimming, beach combing, and if you’d like more activity there are plenty of opportunities for hiking and exploring ashore and rendezvous scuba diving. If a quiet vacation with a book is your ideal vacation, on board a catamaran you’ll find plenty of outdoor lounging areas that are perfect for relaxing. Typical Martinique / Grenadines Itinerary*

Day 1: Saturday (Le Marin, Martinique – Bequia)
Boarding at 6:00pm. Your “Dream Grenadines” catamaran is waiting for you in the marina of Le Marin in the south side Martinique. Le Marin is a quiet village surrounded by a deep bay encircled by mangroves, interspersed with reefs and islets, enclosed by an isthmus protecting it from swell and wind. As the first marina of the Lesser Antilles, Le Marin is the perfect departure spot for a sailing cruise to the Grenadines! Welcome on board by your crew, dinner on board and departure for an 11 hour night sail to Bequia, sailing successively along Sainte-Lucia and Saint-Vincent coasts.

Day 2: Sunday (Bequia – Mayreau)
Arrival before breakfast in Bequia (say ‘Bekoue’), the first island of the Grenadines Archipelago. You will do a stopover at Admiralty Bay while the captain takes care of custom formalities. The capital Port Elisabeth is a small but animated town; the picture of the Queen of England that is posted in all bars reflects the attachment to the former colonial power. Departure to Mayreau after lunch – 2.5 hours, and pick up a mooring buoy in front of Saline Bay beach. Mayreau is the less populated island in the archipelago, with about 300 inhabitants. Dinner on board.

Day 3: Monday (Mayreau – Tobago Cays)
On Mayreau, the only village that can be discovered is a one path hour walk starting at the beach of Saline Bay. It is worth visiting the cottages, bars and restaurants made from colorfully painted wood and the small stone church on top of the hill with a breathtaking view over the islands nearby. Departure late morning for a short 0.5 hours sail towards the famous Tobaco Cays, with islets and reefs surrounding the most beautiful lagoon of the Grenadines. You are in the very heart of tropical paradise for lunch! In the enchanting coral barrier you will enjoy snorkelling at shallow depths. Take in the most of this heavenly place and its coral reef. Dinner on board.
Optional Excursion BBQ on the beach: aperitif, dinner with lobster (seasonally) or mussels and fish.

Day 4: Tuesday (Tobago Cays)
You wake up in the heart of the natural reserve and will further explore the lagoon and its islets. Sunbath on fine white sandy beaches, kayak, windsurf, or wake-board. Venture on the trails of desert islets to cactus, frangipani trees and endemic shrubs. Dinner on board.
Optional Excursion: In the morning you will join, with a local boat, the islet ‘Petit Tabac’ where Jack Sparrow was abandoned with beautiful Elisabeth (approx 2 hours).

Day 5: Wednesday (Tobago Cays – Bequia – St. Vincent)
After breakfast we navigation towards Bequia. After lunch on board, a visit of the village with its local market and picturesque boutiques. In the afternoon, set sail to Cumberland Bay in St. Vincent – total sailing time is 5.5 hours.
Option Excursion: After dinner on board, you can go to ‘Beni” with steelband music playing in a very warm atmosphere.

Day 6: Thursday (St. Vincent – St. Lucia)
Breakfast on board. Optionally you can take a taxi ride in the island: local village and viewpoints, swimming in a water fall after crossing a hanging bridge (approx. 2.5 hours). After lunch, sail to The Pitons, symbol of St. Lucia – total sailing time is 4 hours. Dinner on board.

Day 7: Friday (St. Lucia – Martinique)
Breakfast on board. Optional Excursion tour of the island with driver and guide: village of La Soufrière, discovery of the Botanical Garden with its mineral springs and sulphurous baths, walk in crater of La Soufrière vulcano between smokes and geysers of boiling water (approx. 3.5 hours). Lunch on board when sailing to Sainte Anne, Martinique – 5 hours. Dinner on board.

Day 8: Saturday (Martinique)
After breakfast, we swap emails and photos and we send you home with great memories and anticipation for your next sailing vacation. Disembarkation at 10:00 am.

They may vary depending on sea conditions, wind speed and weather conditions. The company, reserves the right to allocate another type of catamaran to this cruise, which offers the same level of comfort and service.

Included

• Standard Cabin mid-ship in a double cabin with private bathroom
• Superior Cabin Upgrade when available to a slightly larger forward or back / aft cabin
• Air conditioning in service from 8am to 10pm to reduce noise overnight.
With consent of all passengers, A/C will be operated overnight as well.
• Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Note: Special diets such as vegetarian, pescetarian, and vegan may incur an additional fee. A fee will be incurred based on the expense to accommodate the special diet and is determined once the dietary restrictions form is completed.

Day 3: Tobago Cays BBQ on the beach: aperitif, dinner with lobster (seasonally) or mussels and fish.
Day 4: In the morning, with a local boat, join “Petit Tabac” islet, where Jack Sparrow was abandoned with the beautiful Elisabeth.
Day 5: After dinner, steelband concert in a typical bar (drinks at extra cost)
Day 6: St. Vincent: taxi ride to discover the island: tlocal village and viewpoints, swimming in a waterfall after crossing a hanging bridge (adapted shoes recommended, approx. 2.5 hours)
Day 7: St Lucia tour of the island with driver and guide: village of La Soufrière, discovery of the Botanical Garden with its mineral springs and sulphurous baths, walk in crater of La Soufrière vulcano between smokes and geysers of boiling water (approx. 3.5 hours). Mud bath is possible at extra charge, payable directly to the guide.
