Yes, minus generator battery dieing twice and we had to keep swapping it for one of the engine batteries.

Yes, but the charcoal grill is a pain to use if there is any wind.

Navigare was excellent! Best so far. Would definitely use them again..on a whim was a beautiful yacht! Loved everything about it from full size refrigerator to the garage door opening the back up. Wonderful

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
yes. The chart briefing was excellent.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
No. the person doing the boat checkout wanted to be finished before he started. He couldn't answer basic questions like 'where are the lifejackets?' (we found them on day 3) and on the checklist, he drew a line through all items as being present and then signed it and handed it to me to sign. We were finding items, up to the last day of the 2 week charter.
No one told us despite having problems with the dockside air conditioning that in fact, dockside air conditioning is not possible on this boat as it is wired as a single 50 amp service and all docks are running 30 amps. This would have saved me many hours of troubleshooting.
Roberto P. was very helpful everytime we had a question. The other 'Roberto' who did our boat briefing was a different story.

Fair. The coffee making situation was very undersized for 10 people/5 cabin boat. 1 tiny espresso kettle, 1 medium espresso kettle and a very small French press.

This is our second Moorings/Sailitalia charter and there is something lost in the translation.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
The charter company (Navigere) is wasn’t helpful at all, except giving me the contact details information for my skipper. The skipper was awesome (Barbara) and so thorough, safe and accommodating.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
The charter company did not, but our skipper was awesome.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
The yacht was worn but clean. The anchor was windlass started smoking and we had to hand crank the anchor up. This caused us to have to moo and dock for two plus days until it could be replaced. The sail design was very odd and the hoisting the mainsail was a huge pain.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Sufficient but we weren’t allowed aboard until several hours past 5:00pm.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, for the season we went.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes, our flight was cancelled and so we arrived a day late and they did a great job getting us on our boat quickly.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
They did this with our captain since we were late.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes, everything was great. We did have our navigation screen and they quickly came to us and replaced it. Then we encountered a bad storm which broke a part on the sail and again they quickly came and fixed it and never caused an issue with our trip.

Yes

Highly recommend both VI Sailing and Navigare.
The quick response of Navigare will make me choose their fleet every time.

I’ve booked with couple different companies in the past, but Navigare do the best maintenance on their vessels. I booked Summer on 2021 and the difference wasn’t much on wear and tear.

A/C work amazing, and the entire back half opened up to let breezes in throughout the day.

Navigare staff (particularly Avril and Patrice) went far above and beyond tracking down my lost baggage and getting it from STT to Trellis for me. Avril even worked on her day off to coordinate details and make sure I got my bags. I can't overstate how amazing they were. They literally saved our trip!
