Shared Charter: Maldives Dream Baa & Raa Premium

A shared, aka “Cabin Charter”, is an excellent way to enjoy a sailing vacation in the Maldives on a fully crewed yacht charter without the cost of renting the entire yacht.

This 10-night / 11-day itinerary sailing in the Maldives includes relaxing on the uninhabited island of Innafushi in the Baa Atoll and visiting the local community in the town of Meedho in the Raa Atoll. On board a catamaran you’ll find plenty of outdoor lounging areas that are perfect for relaxing. Typical Itinerary

Day 1: Hulhumale’ (North Male’ Atoll) – ( Kuda Bandos Sand Bank) or Kuda wataru sand bank – 1:15 hours
You will begin your cruise from Hulhumale’ at 2:00 pm, and set sail towards the Kuda Bandos sand bank or Kuda Wataru sand bank. Then, you can spend the rest of the day snorkeling, swimming and relaxing on the beach, and you will spend the night in this picturesque location.

Day 2: Kuda Bandos sand bank or Kuda Wataru sand bank– Boduhithi Finolhu (North Male’ Atoll) – 8 hours night sailing
After breakfast the boat will sail for 1 hour and arrive at the sand bar named Kuda Wataru. The guests can enjoy snorkeling, swimming and relaxing on the beach. After lunch, the yacht will arrive at Boduhithi Finolhu (sand bank) which is also a beautiful place to snorkel, swim or kayak. At 5:00 pm, the boat will move to a nearby lagoon named Ziyaaraiy Fushi and dinner will be served overlooking the lagoon. You will sail overnight for 8 hours toward the Goidhoo Atoll, arriving at approximately 6:30 am.

Day 3: Shahjahan sand bank (Goidhoo Atoll) – Innafushi – 2 hours
After night sailing from the Ziyaaraiy Fushi lagoon you will arrive in the morning at 6:30 am at the Shahjahan sand bank where you will discover a paradise on earth for snorkeling. If you are lucky you may have the chance to swim with manta rays. This is a magnificent sand bank with white powder like sand. After lunch, the yacht will anchor at Innafushi, an uninhabited island. Guests can swim, kayak, snorkel and relax on the beach. Dinner will be served at anchor in Innafushi.

Day 4: Muthaafushi (Baa Atoll) – 4 hours
After breakfast, we will sail towards Muthaafushi, the yacht will arrive for lunch after a 4 hour sail. This is a beautiful, uninhabited island where you can take a tour around the island and also go swimming, kayaking and snorkeling or just relax on the beach. You will spend the night at this calm, peaceful anchorage.

Day 5: Maarikilu (Baa Atoll) – Meedhoo (Raa Atoll) – 3:30 hours
After breakfast, the yacht will sail 3 hours to Maarikilu, an uninhabited Island. You will discover the island’s large variety of tropical vegetation and the marine life paradise surrounding the lagoon. While there, you can explore the island’ s beach and enjoy snorkeling , swimming or kayaking. By 5:30 pm, the yacht will sail for 30 minutes toward Meedhoo, an interesting village with modern neighborhoods. In the evening you can walk through the streets bustling with local life. Enjoy some time that evening at the local village.

Day 6: Kotte Faru – Vandhoo –Rasmaadhoo Island (Raa Atoll) – 3 hours
After breakfast, you will sail for 2:30 hours to Kotte Faru, an uninhabited island. After lunch, you will take a short sail to Vandhoo, another amazing island where you can snorkel and enjoy exploring the island. In the late afternoon, we will sail for 30 minutes Rasmaadhoo Island, a beautiful and peaceful local village.

Day 7: Dhoragail – Gemana Finolhu (Raa Atoll)
After breakfast, we will arrive at the uninhabited island Dhoragail. There, you can explore the island’s beach and enjoy snorkeling, swimming or kayaking. After lunch, we will move towards Gemana Finolhu. You can take a walk on the beach or relax and watch the beautiful coral reef surrounding the lagoon. The night will be spent in the lagoon of Gemana Finolhu.

Day 8: Funadhoo – Unoodhoo, Royal Island (Baa Aatoll) – 3 hours
After breakfast, you will arrive in Funadhoo at 11:30 am. Visit the island and snorkel in the unspoiled lagoon. After lunch, you will sail for 30 minutes to another beautiful island, Unoodhoo, where you can enjoy watching the natural beauty and abundance of marine life in the surrounding lagoon. You will spend the night at anchor in front of Royal Island.

Day 9: Royal Island sand bank– Eydhafushi (Baa Atoll) – 8 hours night sailing
After breakfast, we will sail to the Royal Island sand bank were you can enjoy fantastic snorkeling around the beautiful coral reef or relax on the beach. After lunch, the boat will start sailing towards a beautiful and peaceful local village named Eydhafushi, where you can enjoy exploring the island. Dinner will be served on board. At midnight, you will cross the channel and arrive in the morning at the North Male Atoll.

Day 10: Eriyadhoo Island or Cuculu sand bank (North Male Atoll) – Hulhamale’ – 5 hours
After breakfast, you will arrive at Eriyadhoo Island or Cuculu sand bank where you can go snorkeling on the beautiful reef – during lunch, the boat start sailing to Kuda Bandos or Sinam sand bank – then, yacht will sail towards the base in Hulhumale’ and arrive at 6:00 pm.

Day 11: Hulhumale’
Disembarkation early in the morning before 7:00 am.

• Standard Cabin mid-ship in a double cabin with private bathroom
• Superior Cabin Upgrade when available to a slightly larger forward or back / aft cabin
• Air conditioning in service from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm to reduce noise overnight.
With consent of all passengers, A/C will be operated overnight as well.
• Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with drinks (tea/coffee, water, and juices at breakfast)
Note: Special diets such as vegetarian, pescetarian, and vegan may incur an additional fee. A fee will be incurred based on the expense to accommodate the special diet and is determined once the dietary restrictions form is completed.
• Service of a 3-person crew: Professional Captain, Chef/Steward and Deckhand
• 3 sets of linens, towels and beach towels per person
