    (5 Being the Highest) 5
Is this your first time booking with a charter broker? No
How was your experience working with your broker to book the yacht? Somewhat Easy
After booking the yacht, how was your experience working with the Concierge Team? Very Easy
How would you describe the information provided in your Vacation Planner?
Check as many as apply: – Thorough

Additional comments about working with the VI Sailing team to plan your vacation?
I think my first charter with Melody was 20+ years ago and once again, it was excellent working with the team.

We booked our own hotel, so no reflection on your team, but for what it is worth: We were disappointed with the Wyndham @ Lambert on our way in and we were extremely pleased with the Mariner (Moorings) hotel on our way out.
Would you book your next yacht vacation with Virgin Island Sailing®? yes
    Charter Company & Yacht

Rating of Charter Company & Yacht:
    (5 Being the Highest) 5
Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes, very. I’ve chartered nearly 50 times and TMM was absolutely awesome. Nicole was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely well organized.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Livin’ The Dream is a new 2022 model and Henning did an excellent job helping us understand the details of systems and subsystems. The best checkout briefing I’ve had. Super helpful
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Extremely. Joyce really used her knowledge and experience to provide a comfortable home for us for two weeks.
Was the yacht’s cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes, everything we needed and loved having real non-stick cookware on board. The freezer and fridges on this boat where the best we’ve ever seen.
    Was the yacht well ventilated?
    yes
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
This new 2022 Lagoon 42 was fantastic.
    Cruising Area
Did you like the area you chartered in?
Familiar and fun. We were really pleased to see how Trellis Bay has been cleaned up and how nice the Loose Mongoose is now. We look forward to our next return to the BVI’s, but may have to do a trip to Greece first 😉
May we post this review on our website? Yes
It is our pleasure to keep you informed of relevant specials / updates for your next charter. When do you plan to charter next?
