We had a couple issues but nothing major. Port water tank gauge didn’t work and seemed to empty quickly. WiFi didn’t work.

Yes.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Briefing was very short. Having chartered before with Moorings I knew much of the equipment and its use. However this was a newer yacht. Mostly everything was controlled using the monitor screens. For example, the fresh water pump tripped and I spent some time looking for the breaker. It was all in the monitor. Took a couple of calls to Moorings technical service but they answered timely and were able to assist.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
In general, yes. We had an issue with the generator the second day. Also, the water maker did not work since the beginning. I will be soliciting a refund and credit for these issues.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes.
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
None. Except that they need to refund the money spent purchasing power and provide a $ credit for the loss of use (time) to fix the generator and stopping to fill up the water tanks.

No. AC did not work well. Took most of the night to get cool.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
No. Cooking equipment was good. However the boat did not have a sponge to clean dishes and they weren’t sold anywhere we stopped. Also would have liked a broom/dustpan/swiffer mop to clean the galley floors as they get quite sandy and dirty throughout the day. Also extra bath towels as one per person for the week is not sufficient if you have no access to laundry services. Bath mat as we had to use one of our hand towels to step on out of shower.

Yes they were!

It was a great experience and the Yacht was great. However a few details easy fix. We have a boat at home so we know how to take good care. Previous renters apparently hit some corners. The rubber lining just needed a few screws. And a bit more cleaning around. But overall good. Not sure the aging, but it said 2020.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Cooking perfect! The knife sharpener was a plus.
Cleaning no. We had to purchase everything for cleaning. Only small dish soap. We purchase moping liquid and bathroom detergent. It is difficult to clean the floor seating in it. Please please leave a swifter or a mop. I had to use the outside broom with a few paper towels and fantastic to clean the floors every day. No wonder we found roaches. We also bought a wire brush for the BBq. Cleaning products are a MUST.

AC was great. One toilet was working but it smelled like old poop all the time since I got there. Awful and we notified at check out. I had to por fabuloso everyday and open the window so it won’t smell inside.

We were scheduled to get boat at 12:00 noon on July 6. The boat we chartered was not available and we were not able to leave until after noon on the 7th. Air conditioner broke along with an engine starter battery low voltage and swim platform would not work properly. Have photos and video.
After dark so had to take boat back next morning after sleeping outside, storm coming and having to move into boat with no AC.
Took boat back to Moorings dock on morning of 8th and they fixed AC after several hours of diagnosing chiller, compressor then water line fixed and we were able to get back on water around 2:00PM July 8, which resulted in interruption of agenda and had to modify and miss several intended stops on the agenda.

Would like to note that staff at BVI Moorings facility was friendly, helpful, patient and nice.
