Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes

Yes - except for generator we were without air conditioning for 24 hours. We had a terribly hot night on the boat. June 17-18

We had to call and practically beg for service. Wouldn’t come out to the boat after 5 pm so we had a miserable night. Service arrived next day - got it to work and it completely shut down about 15 minutes later. We called again. Few hours later they returned. We asked them to make sure this time - however same thing happened. They returned around 5 and finally got it to work. Took all evening to get boat to cool down.

No- the boat was likely past the term of boats they typically rent.
One of the top plastic windows came loose while underway and gashed my arm.
Front window leaked and soaked all clothes on the interior shelf and everything in cabinets below.
Ceiling of 2nd cabinet fell down just enough to block door from opening
Mirror of 3rd cabinet fell off and broke all over floor
Latch of 2 kitchen drawers were worn and opened while underway
Fridge had no way to strap and opened while underway losing groceries
Toilets backed up daily
Water maker would not come on but fortunately this worked up until the end of trip

Very limited and didn't make sense

The boat was larger than our last boat and we were very pleased with the lay out but disappointed with the condition of the boat. I would definitely rent the same boat again if i could be guaranteed of a much newer boat.
We had a great time and didn't let these things bother our adventure. I know these boats must take a beating but we had inquired on our last trip about the age of boats and the Moorings said that they keep boats up to 3 years. This boat was a bit over 4 years by the serial # and just needs to move on to somewhere that doesn't claim to rent a newer fleet.

Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Was clean and nice. But had generator issues on 2 days and did not have air cond 2 nights which was horrible. Since generator was down making water was limited. The ceiling panel fell down on one of our guests during high sees and the refrigerator doors opened breaking glass everywhere. They need to secure the doors or recommend doing this with something because we had no idea until it was too late.

Technical service we called while out was helpful but couldnt fix the problem without returning to port. Generator worked for that day but quit again. When we arrived at Bitter End they had a mechanic replace the impeller which looked like it was very old. These pumps need to be replaced more frequently bc the generators run 20 hours a day

Not quite. It could use a large pot and higher quality cookware.

The Moorings company was good overall. They seemed a bit rushed, but it worked out fine. We had an issue with the underwater lights which was not rectified and should have been taken care of before we picked up the boat.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
No. While some staff members were friendly and accommodating the majority of them were not.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
No - initially the briefing was good but when the inverter broke on the yacht there should have been a follow up briefing on what to do on a yacht that had no inverter. Lots of problems could have be solved with that follow up briefing on how to handle a disabled yacht going forward.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yacht was clean but not in good working condition. Faulty Quatro/inverter system which resulted in an emergency return to base.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Overall yes.... Broken coffee maker on board

The Quatro/Inverter system failed on day 2
Returned to base for repairs - stayed at base overnight for a tech to look at the yacht the next morning.
No repairs were made to the Quatro / inverter system and we were sent on our way with a disabled system being told we could not hook up to shore power. No briefing on how to handle a yacht with a disabled Inverter system leading to multiple problems over the week.

Cabin door handle fell off and a crew member managed to repair it.

Coffee maker broken but replaced halfway through the trip

House batteries not holding charge - We were charging them to full at around 8 pm but by morning the battery is dead - resulting in equipment shutting down and beeping all night long keeping guests awake and captain up at night.

We are looking for compensation.
