Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Yes, the yacht was top notch! The boat had brand new teak flooring and trim and was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was always so tidy and organized. Frankie and Leni made our beds every day and the beds were very comfortable. I might consider getting a bit more comfortable pillows in some of the bedrooms - very tiny complaint. There were lovely Alora throw pillows throughout the boat and comfy bean bags on the bow.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, the AC worked great. And the cabin opens up in an automated way to get lots of fresh air inside when eating meals.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Frankie and Leni were absolutely incredible! We adored them. They met our every need. Our son loves to fish and they were so accommodating about making sure he got to troll on our sails or fished once we got anchored. Frankie came up with a great itinerary for us and we got to see so much in our 5 night/6 day sail! Leni and my daughter were about the same age so they really hit it off!
Was the food good and well presented?
The food was delicious and always so aesthetically presented! We had way more than enough food with every meal. Leni had such an interesting variety of foods that she made for us. Her international background really shows as she makes foods of different ethnicities. All four of us loved every meal she made for us! And we loved the captains cocktails every night - we got a pitcher of something different every evening. We all tried some new dishes on the trip - and loved them all!
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
I cannot recommend chartering Alora and Frankie and Leni more. The boat is absolutely beautiful and we had zero malfunctions or issues the entire week, which is pretty amazing! Any small issues were promptly resolved (like the speaker system briefly not working). Frankie is so professional, and has such a fun and lovely personality. Leni also has such a fun personality - she's always laughing and enjoying herself. Frankie is a very experienced captain and has worked all of the world, but she knows the BVI very well. Do yourself a favor and charter Alora!!!

Yes - the BVI was gorgeous.
Would you like to share your itinerary or a vacation highlight with us?
We loved renting the Moke on Anagada! We had a blast touring the island, going to Cow Wreck Beach and Lobster Trap for dinner. We also loved Thanksgiving dinner with Frankie and Leni at Saba Rock. Great night! All the usual spots like Norman Island, Soggy Dollar, Bitter End Yacht Club, Willie T's met all the expectations. Incredible trip and we want to book Alora again in the future, for sure!

We can't say enough about Jake and Jorga! They really made our trip all that more fun and special. We feel like we left our friends behind.
