Could not ask for a better crew. Connor & Ada were fantastic
Was the food good and well presented?
Food and presentation was over the top. One of the guests is a vegan ans Ada planned every meal especially for her

This was our first catamaran experience and would definitely do it again. We would request Libra and Connor & Ada as the crew

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?

Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
I am an experienced boater. Southern Mist is a quite technical boat. The documentation on board was wanting. Had several electrical problems we tried to solve before contacting VIS support team. They very prompt and very helpful. Example, the labelling on the panel was confusing. Had a problem with dingy lift and the proper breaker was "Gears". Never would have guessed that one. VSI's com system worked very well but should be highlighted in the briefing.

Yes. The water maker was excellent, a great addition.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Could use a larger cooking pan for a party of 6+
Was the yacht well ventilated?
AC worked great. Southern Mist could use additional or larger windows.

Did you like the area you chartered in?
Love the BVI's. The transition to reserved moorings was a problem. But we were lucky and never got shut out at our destination.

The utensils are always a weak link. Mostly poor quality.

No microwave was a disappointment.
