Would you book your next yacht vacation with Virgin Island Sailing®? Yes. This is the 4th sailing vacation I have booked with VSI and I plan to book more in the future.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Very friendly and available
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Absolutely. Walked us through the features
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
This is what surprised us. The cooking equipment was the best we’ve seen in a charter boat. It even had sharp kitchen knives
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Although the boat came with a wind scoop the way the v-berth hatch was located the rush of air from the scoop was past the sleeping area. It did have the nicest fans I’ve seen
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
Everything worked except the water tank gauge was misleading- it showed half a tank when it was empty. We are used to that though so we weren’t taken by surprise

Staff was very accommodating
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes, 95% fine but we did have to identify some areas that they missed and they corrected it very quickly
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes, it was
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
The propane tank was empty, but it was replaced quickly before we left. The gas barbecue was not completely assembled. I was missing a diffusion shield so we could not barbecue really at all.

Yes, when we arrived at the Sail Italia office the women working at the desk were extremely kind and helpful with the check in process.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
We had a skipper and he did a great job familiarizing us with the boat and helped us get set up with fins for snorkeling before we left the dock.

Yes, the boat was in great condition.

Yes, we had everything we needed for the week. We prepared breakfast and lunch on the boat and ate dinner out in the local restaurants each night.
