Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Moorings is consistent for getting high marks on service
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Complete review, friendly and patient.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
I can't remember ever having a charter with no issues. Everything working, no leaks. Clean with everything expected in rooms/towels, kitchen clean with all utensils, cooking, storage, plates/silverware/glasses. Rigging for boat complete as well as for liines for docking and bumpers for docking. Dingy started on first pull every time.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes. See above
Was the yacht well ventilated?
A/C worked great. Hatches and doors were great when not on A/C
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
First time I've never had an some issue with a boat.

BVI's are great. Combination of short and long sails, consistent winds and temperature. Great food at night.

We had a LOT of last minute changes, rotation of charter lead, change of passenger list and number of passengers. VI Sailing was fantastic in helping get everything adjusted. Great team and great follow through!

On your recommendation, we rented a room (the days prior and following our booking) at Villa Lucica in Trogir. Our host Valentina was exceptional (welcoming, flexible and a great source of information). The hotel is a bit far from Navigare base (taxi ride needed with luggage), but the proximity to the old town, the quality of the rooms, and the hospitality of the host makes it a great choice.

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
This was our first time sailing on a Lagoon. It was wonderful! The boat was clean and comfortable for our entire crew.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, except for the center bunk cabin. That cabin only had a single hatch in the head. We just ran the AC so it worked out for us.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
The captain Kostas and crew Nikos were simply amazing! They made this the best, most relaxing vacation I have ever been on. They are true professionals and made all of our party feel right at home. Our group ranged in age from 58 to 13, every one of us had the best experience aboard because of the excellent crew.
Was the food good and well presented?
The food was very well prepared and served. I love that Nikos had a menu planned and because he prepared it so beautifully the kids tried new dishes and actually now eat some new foods.
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
We didn't come with a list of islands we "had" to see. Instead, we asked Kostas to show us the things he wanted us to see. I 1000% recommend you do the same. He took us to islands that Instagram will not show you.

We had already started looking at available boats before contacting Andrew. In retrospect we wasted our time and should have contacted Andrew first. He was able to give us a couple great boats to chose from and we had our boat reserved quick and easy.

Everyone, I mean everyone was very helpful, friendly and patient. Especially Kendall, CJ, Sammy and Ashton. they helped with transport, immediately bought us ice and were responsive on all issues.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes, Kendall took great care to share all of the details with us.

Yes. We just needed a spatula

Yes, AC worked well. Diesel fumes at marina were a little strong.

Great base team. Chartered with another company 5 years ago and that was a circus. Moorings team was on it! I am sure there are numerous challenges they face every day--they were very friendly, urgent and helpful.
