Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
I was amazing when arriving at the boat. So beautiful. Clean. Spacious.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes it had a great open concept during the day and closed at night so the A/C could be turned on for sleeping.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Crew was fabulous. So on top of everything and I would sail again with them where ever they are. The captain was willing to take us wherever we wanted to go based on our expectations. The cook was super.
Was the food good and well presented?
Food was great. So pretty and tasty.

Can’t express how happy we were with the crew. Everyone in our travel team expressed how great they were.

We wanted to sail so we went to an island that was a three hour sail away and it was so great to sail there.
For me being on the boat, snorkeling from the boat and using the ring float was the best part of the trip. Clearly one of the top 5 vacations I have ever done. One of our travel team said it was a 10 out of a scale of 1 to 5.

yes, charter briefing was very helpful. Boat walkthrough was good.

Communication while on the cruise was insufficient. Providing a WhatsApp number that one can text and get a response, and checking that it works as part of the briefing would be good. The number I was given did not respond to either texts or a calls.

Very nice and easy. Boat was already ready when we arrived.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes, very thorough.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Any critical systems worked but was a bit surprised at the number of little things that didn't work given it was a newer boat. 2 fridges didn't work. Water maker didn't work. Grill didn't work. Broken drawer. Horn breaker tripped (weird one!). Nothing that made the trip difficult but for being a newer boat I was surprised.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yep, awesome but we only cooked breakfast and maybe 2 meals.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yep awesome.

Moorings is great and we've always had good experiences overall. They just tend to not fix many of the little things.

Awesome views. Great water and beaches. Great snorkeling.

Marsh Harbour->No Name for lunch. No Name->Green Turtle for mooring and dinner
GTC->Manjack for snorkeling then back to Guana
2 days in Guana at Orchid Bay marina due to wind and storms. Orchid had serious electric issues meaning we had to run the genny some anyway. But Nippers, Grabbers, etc were fun. Had a golf cart too.
Guana->Treasure Cay for beach and dinner. Skinny water going in but made it just fine and great anchorage
TC->Hopetown and stayed at Lighthouse marina for easy access. Firefly was great.
Hopetown->Little Harbour for Pete's. Fantastic place one of my favs
Little -> Pelican for snorkeling -> Tahiti for lunch and beach time. -> Marsh for dinner at Snappas

There was a few hiccups this time I think due to a misspelling on my name. Moorings said they were missing things I had done already. Also, prior to booking I wasn't aware of the requirement for the NauticEd cert. Luckily I had enough time to do it but that could have been a disaster.
