We chartered the Starry Night and had an unbelievable experience. Captain Murray and Chef Tiggs were incredible — always surprising us and anticipating our every need. It truly was a vacation of a lifetime.
The only thing that could have been improved were the bed pillows — but honestly, that’s a very small detail compared to how amazing everything else was.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Very! We had booked a sleep aboard and they had the boat ready for us 4 hours earlier than expected and we're super helpful at checkin.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
We had aan incredible skipper that took care of everything for us.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes, it was perfect.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes

The BVI was just absolutely magical.
Would you like to share your itinerary or a vacation highlight with us?
We had a 6 day charter starting in Road Town, Tortola and were able to visit many islands including Norman, Cooper, Virgin Gorda, and Jost Van Dykes. There were too many highlights to mention, but to name a few we really enjoyed:
- Jumping at Willy T's and dinner
- Snorkeling at the Indians and The Caves
- Fishing off the boat and grilling our catch
- Feeding tarpon at Saba Rock
- Getting to swim with a pod of wild dolphins!
- The incredible food at Pirate's Bight, CocoMaya, and eating fresh lobsters
- The hike to the Bubbly Pool, and
- Hanging at the Soggy Dollar
The boat we chartered was just perfect for our group, the staff at BVI Yacht Charters were all so helpful, and Captain Amal went above and beyond to make our experience magical. It will be tough to ever top this vacation in the BVI!

Luc and Justyna were awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely accommodating. Luc knew the water very well and incorporated our desires, and preferences every day. Justyna was awesome, a great cook and hostess. Each meal was better than the last.
Was the food good and well presented?
The food was outstanding. Very creative and tasty. Justyna did a great job of incorporating our preferences and recommendations.
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
This may not be a comment that is applicable to everyone, but it made a huge difference for us… not only was Luc a terrific captain, but he was very mechanically adept as well. A few small things occurred during our trip that, had he not been able to address them timely, and professionally, they may have resulted in longer term issues, or may have impacted our vacation. As it were, both were addressed in a very timely manner by Luc so as not to impact our trip. Great job!

Several highlights. Scuba was certainly one of them. Our captain introduced us to a dive shop called wanna be diving. They were outstanding. Since some of our group wasn’t certified, we arranged to have our discovery/training dive at Tortola before we even boarded the boat so that we didn’t impact our cruising time. That made a huge difference and allowed us to maximize our dive adventure during the trip.
One other small point, the Baths are terrific, but getting very popular. I would advise clients to be aware of the cruise ship schedule so as to visit the baths before they get there or on a day with no cruise ships otherwise the weight is extremely long.

Yes, the accommodations were fantastic and the crew kept the boat in great shape.

Captain Andre and Chef Romic were absolutely amazing. They worked very well together and went above and beyond on numerous occasions to make it a comfortable and wonderful charter.
Was the food good and well presented?
The food was fantastic and looked even better than it tasted. Chef Romic is extremely talented and easy to work with as far as accommodating our tastes and wants for our culinary experience.

Fantastic, fantastic experience. We could have been sailing in the worst place imaginable and the captain and chef would have made it an enjoyable trip.
