yes, they were very helpful when our groceries didn't arrive.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
yes
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
yes, well equipped as well
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
yes
Was the yacht well ventilated?
There was a little issue with bathroom fumes but that was the only issue.

Tiffany was wonderful. She was extremely helpful and provided the best service.

Richard was extremely helpful and through. Could not have asked for more

Excellent, but would have liked wine glasses

The staff at Palm Cay were top notch in every way.
Cruising Area
Did you like the area you chartered in?
Exumas were everything I expected. I had cruised there several times on my own boat and was not disappointed. The added mooring were helpful.
