Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Mare Blu was impeccable. Everything was on point and very clean and organized.

The crew was great. We enjoyed Captain Tony, Mia and Rachel. They were very organized and did a wonderful job
Was the food good and well presented?
Mia did very well with every aspect of our culinary experience. The food was fantastic, great selections and the presentation perfect.

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Extremely comfortable and clean. The Crew took great care of it and went to great lengths to make sure we had everything we need and that everything was up to our liking.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
The crew couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating of our every request, both large and small. They were attentive but not overbearing—a great team who worked well together.
Was the food good and well presented?
The food wasn't good, it was INCREDIBLE! There wasn't a single dish that the chef prepared that wasn't amazing. Every meal we ate on board was the best meal of my life. I am not even exaggerating a little. If he were to open a restaurant, I would invest immediately.

I've never experienced service like what the crew provided us. Professional, friendly, thorough, accommodating. They were an excellent team and worked exceptionally well together. If I were by my own yacht in that location, I would hire each one of them on the spot. Truly exceptional and a huge asset to the company. Whatever they are being paid, it is not enough. THEY are the sole reason I will continue to do business with you.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes they were very friendly and accommodating.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes. I got a very good familiarization with the boat. One complaint...is whoever began prepping the boat turned on the engines and left them running for about three hours with shore power attached. That was fuel I was obviously charged for...and made inspection of the engine compartments needlessly uncomfortable and brief.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
The yacht was mostly clean. It could have been a little cleaner. Found some dental floss on the floor of a head, two of the heads had a bit of human waste on underside of seats and three of the beds had to be made up by us. I would have expected all beds to have been made up. Other than that...the boat was VERY clean.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
The yacht's cooking equipment was just adequate. Needed a few more pot lids (for the pots on board), a few sharper knives (none of them were sharp and the sharpener on board was not useful), needed a couple spatulas as well. Other than that, lots of good pots, dishes and glasses.

Yes.
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
Charter company seemed top flight really. Everyone we came into contact with was great. Very helpful and professional. Their technical support was responsive and helpful. The yacht was brand new. It was fantastic...BUT the intake to the generator seems to be a weak spot on the Fountaine Pajot Aura 51. On a mooring ball, multiple nights in a row, seaweed got sucked into the generator raw intake and clogged the seacock valve/line. The basket was full as well...but that was doing its job. Whatever mechanism shields the outside of the intake allows seaweed through easy enough that I had to clean the basket about 6 times...and remove the tubing from the seacock valve and blow the seaweed back out of the boat with the dinghy pump...once at 3am. Otherwise beautiful boat.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
The staff at Navigare were incredible! From the moment we stepped in the office to the time we checked out they were great! The catamaran was in beautiful shape and everything was perfect. The office staff was professional and polite, they were so accommodating and genuine. The dock staff was amazing, professional and polite!
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
We had a pretty thorough walkthrough of all the systems aboard and I felt comfortable with the Catamaran after we had finished.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
The Catamaran was beautiful and clean!
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
The Catamaran did not have a spatula or broom. We picked up a spatula from the store and there was a dust pan and brush onboard.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
All the windows, ports and doors worked great. They allowed a great flow of air when we needed it. The air conditioner ran cold!
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
Navigare is first class and I will not hesitate to charter with them in the future! The Michelle Ma belle was in fine shape and actually was better than we expected. 2 refrigerators with freezer shelves and 2 refrigerator drawers, plus a cooler for ice and drinks.
