Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes. They did not all seem to be on the same page, but maybe that is just part of chartering a boat in the BVI.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Overall yes. There was a lot of mouse feces in one of the holds, the boat did not actually have a water maker, and one of the starter batteries went out mid charter. The dinghy was a bit under inflated and then pumps on board were not useful. But, overall the boat was great!
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
yes
Was the yacht well ventilated?
yes, AC is great

The Moorings company was good overall. They seemed a bit rushed, but it worked out fine. We had an issue with the underwater lights which was not rectified and should have been taken care of before we picked up the boat.

Night before on boat, issues with shore power. Great thing captain Rae helped me turn on generators thru what’s app. Otherwise bedrooms would have no air.
