Was the yacht comfortable and clean?

Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Chef Laura and Captain Christian are genuine, friendly, and fun. Their love and respect for each other and what they do infuses the entire experience with joy. We immediately felt welcomed and comfortable with them.
We shared stories, laughed, danced, sang, and played games. It felt like being with dear friends.
Was the food good and well presented?
Chef Laura is a gifted and imaginative chef. She created a full menu for us for the entire week that included fresh gourmet meals, hors d’ oeuvres, desserts and snacks. Everything was so fresh, exciting and incredibly delicious.
We are certain no one on any island was eating better.

We cannot thank Captain Christian and Chef Laura enough for the memories we have created with them on our trip.
We were so excited anticipating the trip and they made it even better than we could have imagined.
They were so kind and generous with their time with our 10 year old daughter who was completely enthralled with both of them and all they were doing. She was thrilled to sail for stretches seated between them.
We look forward to sailing with them again.

Did you like the area you chartered in?
Traveling with Captain Christian and Chef Laura on One Love Cat Charters is the only way to vacation in the USVI and BVI.
We enjoyed an unforgettable week long sail with our 10 year old daughter.
Prior to our trip they sent us a list of questions that enabled them to thoughtfully customize a trip full of activities and food tailored to all the things we love.
Would you like to share your itinerary or a vacation highlight with us?
Captain Christian took us to at least 2 gorgeous snorkel spots daily. He shared his experience about best snorkel routes at each spot and what we might see.
They both shared with us island history and their knowledge from their time living and exploring throughout the islands.
We even witnessed Captain Christian snare (and release unharmed) a lobster we discovered while snorkeling.
They had excellent recommendations for restaurants which could only be reached by boat. Such a unique experience!

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Clean but turned out to have a few issues ( see below)
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
We were scheduled to get boat at 12:00 noon on July 6. The boat we chartered was not available and we were not able to leave until after noon on the 7th. Air conditioner broke along with an engine starter battery low voltage and swim platform would not work properly. Have photos and video.
After dark so had to take boat back next morning after sleeping outside, storm coming and having to move into boat with no AC.
Took boat back to Moorings dock on morning of 8th and they fixed AC after several hours of diagnosing chiller, compressor then water line fixed and we were able to get back on water around 2:00PM July 8, which resulted in interruption of agenda and had to modify and miss several intended stops on the agenda.

Would like to note that staff at BVI Moorings facility was friendly, helpful, patient and nice.
