The online My Account dashboard was easy to use and very informative. The packing tips were spot on and it was helpful to review the Yacht details every so often to remind us of what was available. We would recommend providing the Perfect Landing FAQ pdf earlier than a few days before the trip, to help with packing tips.

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Very comfortable perfect size for our family. It was a spotless boat.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Excellent air conditioning when we slept
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Most definitely the crew was friendly and extraordinarily accommodating
Was the food good and well presented?
Food was spectacular. Different every single meal and the meals were all five star.

Annetta, friendly knowledgeable and gracious. They made us feel right at home. They showed us excellent sites so we otherwise would have not gotten to see.

The BVIs were spectacular. Very relaxing vacation.

Getting to dive six times was what we were really after and they made sure we got these in.

AC system in master bedroom could not be Thermostatically properly. AC blew on faces at night.

T Flybridge needs better sun coverage.
The dingy needs a ladder for better access from the water.

Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
The generator had issues and the anenometer didn’t work. Otherwise no problems at all

Very nice and helpful. Had some trouble hailing the harbor master when coming in.
