Yes, however once under sail, we found that the two single forward cabins which noone used was very musty smelling.

There was also a leak in the kitchen sink line so we couldn't pour water down the drain or else it ended up on the saloon floor.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
No. The aft cabins did not have any top hatches (very weird) and the two forward cabins top hatches opened up the wrong way and therefore didn't go a good job catching the breeze. This was the biggest complaint about the boat.
