Yes
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes but our Captain helped more
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes except some electricity and plumbing issues
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Cooking was surfficient . Never saw any cleaning equipment . We provided our own cleaning soaps and sponges .
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes

The booking was easy. Arden Chambers answered our questions thoroughly. I’m not really sure what the concierge team was supposed to do.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
yes, fabulous
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
yes
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
yes, everything was working well, we did spot 3 small baby roaches. I get it, it happens but might need to roach bomb this boat soon.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
yes
Was the yacht well ventilated?
starboard aft cabin not so much but everything else great
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
The house batteries had difficulty holding a charge and needed a lot of charging. Probably need a new battery soon.
