Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
No. The entire cookware, cutlery, plates, glasses and equipment needs a complete overhaul. Knifes were blunt, cookware ( pots, pans ), insufficient, old.
Very little cleaning products. For $ 800 for the exit clean and a tea towel and $ 1 bottle of detergent, this needs to be completely revisited and better value appropriated.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
Dinghy needs replacing, it was very old. Went flat every day.
Boat is showing signs of wear and tear and is " " only 1 year old.

Coral Bay ( very over crowded and not many places to anchor making it difficult ). Tacos were good but $ 250 for 4 people is right up there price wise.

Maddie, the cook/first mate, was more communicative.
Nick, the captain was more the stong silent type, but did a good job tailoring the itinerary to our interests.
We had no problems with them during the cruise.
Was the food good and well presented?
Yes.

We would have liked to have a kayak to paddle to the beaches and look for turtles in some of the bays. There were 2 SUP's, but we were not skilled enough to use them comfortably in the ocean.
The machine for making water was quite noisy at night.

We liked walking to the Anneberg Plantation and Caneel Hill on St. John, as well as the trail through the Baths.
Snorkeling at the Indians was especially good.
