Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
yes
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
for the most part yes. During the familiarization tour of the boat, there was a lot of information, In my opinion, you should provide some written instructions on each system. something to refer to during the week.

Also, Ground tackle was not covered at all. On the very first night, we were forced to anchor in much deeper water than I was comfortable with (60+ feet). as it turns out, there was not nearly enough chain and anchor line for this depth. The formula is 7/1. (7 feet of scope to every foot of water)
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
yes
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
we brought our own cleaning supplies. There was no broom and dust pan
Was the yacht well ventilated?
yes

Overall, a very good experience.

Overall, I had a very good experience with VI sailing. My group is talking about doing it again in 2-3 years. I would use VI sailing agian.

Yes. Check out was smooth. Check in was even better.

All but the water generating system by Parker Hannifin. It did not work and on check in we were informed it was a problem with the units on all 464.

Anegada and Cooper are awesome. Foxy’s is not what it used to be. Oceans 7 on Peter Island was a great place for last night and quick departure.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes. Office staff was very nice. When there was a mistake they corrected it right away

This was the first time a tech person has conducted the yacht check out for me. All yacht check outs should be performed by a tech person. Tony was great. He was articulate and also knowledgeable on all the systems.

It would be nice if they provided small dish soap, soaps and sponge as most charter companies do. I wrote this on my check out form for them. Otherwise boat was clean and in great shape

Yes. But we used the AC and generator every night
