Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes. Office staff was very nice. When there was a mistake they corrected it right away
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
This was the first time a tech person has conducted the yacht check out for me. All yacht check outs should be performed by a tech person. Tony was great. He was articulate and also knowledgeable on all the systems.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
It would be nice if they provided small dish soap, soaps and sponge as most charter companies do. I wrote this on my check out form for them. Otherwise boat was clean and in great shape
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes. But we used the AC and generator every night

Yes. Cabins and common spaces were well maintained

Very much so. We were well cared for By Captain Adriana and Chef Rachel

The food was very good, presented with creativity, and healthy

We felt very well cared for by Adriana and Rachel. They were attentive, accommodating, and they seemed to know our needs and wants without our having to ask. We enjoyed their humor and flexibility. We also felt safe and they did an excellent job caring for us and keeping us safe.

It’s was lovely, particularly areas that were natural and off of the beaten bath.

For many of us, this was our first sailing excursion. We met at summer camp and have been friends for more than 50 years.

It was very clean, but a few annoying problems came up.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Really lacking provision storage space. Since when is a makeup table more important than a place to put food and drink?
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes.

Did you like the area you chartered in?
Yes very much.
Would you like to share your itinerary or a vacation highlight with us?
Big highlights were seeing how strong the BVIs came through Irma and COVID, and how nice it was to reserve a boaty ball.
We had the best itinerary this time. First day: Spanish Town and the Baths by taxi - moored using a reserved booty ball at Saba Rock.
Second day: beautiful reach to Anegada, with lobster at the Lobster Trap. Third day: stayed at Anagada, with a trip to Loblolly Beach and around the island by dune buggy. Fourth day: long sail to White Beach on Jost for Ivans Stress-free 33 year anniversary. Fifth day: a relaxing day at the Soggy Dollar and swimming. Sixth day: lunch at Cane Garden, snorkeling at the Indians and Treasure Point, and a crazy evening at Norman Island at Willy T. Seventh day: lunch at Cooper, then Marina Cay and the new restaurant - fantastic.

The house batteries were not adequate for the power the refrigerator needed,
we had to run the engine every three or four hours.
