Little disappointed on process to rent SUP and kayak. Wasn't clear how to do this, and when we arrived their were none for rent.

Yes- needed additional dish drying towels

The dingy was a ZarMini and only fit 4 adults whereas our charter was for 8 adults. We had to do double trips in and out at every port. Really needed a large dingy
The engine on the dingy was faulty and VERY hard to start. We could not have it in idol or slow down quickly because engine would cut out.
They dingy and dingy engine did not match the quality of the boat.

I wish I understood the relationship between the concierge service and the charter company/other vendors like BISUPCO. Not a huge deal but didn’t quite understand until we got to the islands!

Horizon staff was very helpful, nice, competent and accommodating.

The yacht was spotless clean and groomed to welcome us. Way above any expectations.
A couple of minor items that happened AFTER we boarded were addressed in minutes with a smile.

Just perfect
Was the yacht well ventilated?
As good as the boats can be.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes, the Moorings staff was very professional. The facilities on shore were first class.

Yes, several people help us.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes. The Moorings Tech staff were very responsive to the list of minor issues that we found, even during our voyage.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Very well equipped and we had a professional chef on board.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes. The hatches and generator/ AC worked great. However three of the five of us developed allergies - perhaps from mold or mildew in the boat.

The Mooring staff was great. The boat was well equipped and in great shape.
