8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
The yacht was very comfortable. We ended up only having one other couple on board with us with our captain and chef. I think if we would have had a total of 4 couples it would have been too crowded. We had the perfect amount of space to spread out and have a great experience. Out captain Alden was great! He was always looking out for our safety and comfort. He was friendly, very involved in giving us an excellent experience, and making us laugh and smile. Our chef Julian was excellent! EVERY meal was delicious and well presented. Julian is a hard worker and was always one step ahead of everyone, making sure all of our wants and needs were met.

It appeared there were some additional forms with Horizon that I could have completed prior to arriving but they never appeared to get to me. Not sure it the broker connection was a hold up or if because the broker was the original contact, that they did not have my info

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?

Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?

Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
It was clean but we had a few issues with the boat. On the first day, Navigare had to come out and replace an impeller on one of the engines. We had to wait about 4 to 5 hours for them to come out. The guys who came out were very efficient but it was upsetting that we lost most of our first day waiting. On the third day, the stereo quit and they had to come out again. On the next to last day, the auto pilot also quit. Navigare was very responsive to these problems, but the wait times were frustrating.

All the staff with Navigare were very nice and accommodating, but the problems with the boat made our trip less enjoyable.
