Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes. Front office staff was friendly, helpful, and prepared. Operations staff was the same. I have worked with Moorings, Dream Yacht Charters, and a couple others and this was the best experience yet. When I shop in the future, I will seek out TMM yachts.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes. They were real busy the day of our scheduled departure, but we were not in a hurry so it worked out. Eugene and Marti were great.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes. The owners and staff has a good number of "value added" items on the yacht that enhanced the experience.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes. It was the best equipped and supplied kitchen I have had yet.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes. AC was on upon arrival and bathroom odors were minimal. Bilges were clean and yacht was in great shape.
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
The operations team had the yacht plugged in to shore power and had turned on the refrigerator, freezer, and interior AC. This makes the provisioning process and moving in smooth.
Genset had an overheating problem the first night causing us to shut down the AC. The night was hot but staff (Colin) came out the next morning and replaced the impeller and we were back on line by 10 am.

Yes. Forth time chartering in the BVI. The area has grown more crowded over he years, so we may look to new areas for future charters.

There is always a certain amount of unknowns. This was our first time with TMM and working out of a new section of Road Town Harbor. There is only so much time to read the provided information, so at some point you just have to go and figure it out on arrival - that is where staff comes in.

The Mooring staff were exceptional.

No problems

A/C was extremely effective. The boat ventilated well when opened up.

The Moorings is a top rated company in my opinion. Every need was cheerfully met.
The yacht, Leopard 50, is the best sailing catamaran we have chartered. It points well and sails closer to the wind than other cats. The sail plan is efficiently laid out and easy to manage,
