2 things that could have been better, though it may have been partly my fault for not engaging more. I apparently purchased the fuel plan, and probably only used 1/2 tank so it cost me at least $500 for that convenience. I dont remember ever even choosing that option, so perhaps advising your clients on the that might be helpful. I also booked my flights to leave Saturday, but discovered later that i had the boat through Sunday. The moorings was surprised by this, which made me think i could have saved some money had it been booked through Saturday only.

Additional comments about working with the VI Sailing team to plan your vacation?
There was an issue with the cancelation insurance coverage. The contract I signed with Waypoints charter said it was automatically included in the charter price unless I opted out. Since I did not opt out verbally or in writing, this means I should have had cancelation insurance. However when I inquired about the insurance coverage with virgin island charters I was told I did not have cancelation insurance since I was not charged an additional $200 for the coverage. Fortunately I did not need to use the cancelation insurance, but if I did, I would not be a happy camper due to VI charter's error misreading the waypoints charter contract.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes, this was very easy and the staff was great to work with.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes with the following exception. We noted an AC controller was not working correctly. They played with it and said it was fine. It was not, we worked through the issue. The heads on the starboard side were quite smelly. They said this was normal and would clear up. This was not the case. We reported these issues when we returned, and a few other minor issues. They assured us they would be addressed. Addressing those issues before we departed would have delayed our departure and we would have made the decision to leave without them being addressed to not be delayed. That said we were not disappointed with the boat, it operated great and got us where we wanted to go when we wanted to get there.

Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, with the exception of the issue above.
