Clean - yes; working order for the most part (sliding door was difficult to open/shut, refrigerator drawer was "stuck" but not until last day, no cutting board but note to not cut on counter, no front cushions but obvious spot for them) all minor issues and didn't negatively impact our time on the boat

Navigare worked with me to arrange many of the additional items I had requested. The provisioning was done extremely well, and the small number of items that were forgotten in the initial provisioning were immediately retrieved and brought to us before leaving. The Yacht was in excellent condition, clean, well stocked and equiped. Probably the best boat I have ever chartered.

8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
BEST EVER Crewed Catamaran Charter ! I have sailed on 13 BVI catamaran charters and the crew of Mystic, Captain Rob and Chef Belinda Bentley, are the best I have ever sailed with.
Captain Rob Bentley is personal and professional. One of our guest had mobility issues, but Captain Rob utilized the Bali 5.4 hydraulic swim platform to insure that she was included in all in the water activities. He even snorkeled one-on-one with the guest. We all felt safe and secure under the supervision and seamanship of Captain Rob.
Chef Belinda Bentley is simply The Best – World Class !! The attention to detail she puts into everything she serves is incredible. We had three great meals and a nice snack every day. Guest all raved about the preparation, plating and presentation of our meals by Chef Belinda. . Fresh fruit platters were severed with each meal and every evening she prepared a per-dinner snack, (i.e. Coconut Shrimp anyone !?! ) She is an exceptional chef in that she was able to modify her recipes to meet everyone's dietary needs and still create truly amazing meals !!
A multitude of photos were taken of the colorful table settings and the beautiful plating of our meals.
My family looks forward to again sailing with Captain Rob and Chef Belinda Bentley on Mystic.

Yes, very much so, considering the mechanical problems that the boats had.

"Paradise Found" need additional pots and pans.
"As You Wish" was excellent cooking equipment

Henry and Courtney were very responsive and attentive.
Jelon, VJ, Nixim, and Polo worked hard to respond to problems.
Boarded "Paradise Found" on Oct 1st, everything worked, left Nanny Cay Marina Oct 2nd, sailed all day. Sailed Oct 3rd, generator died and instructed to bring boat back. On way back, diesel engine took fault, sailed to the fuel dock at Nanny Cay, but repair attempts failed. Stayed in marina until Henry offered replacement on Oct 4th, a 46' Catamaran "As You Wish". Sailed Oct 4th. Oct 5, one diesel engine would not start, and mechanic sent who fixed the primer. Sailed Oct 6th, and then generator would not start. mechanic sent and broken wire in generator cabinet was repaired. Sailed Oct 7, 8, 9, 10 with no problems. Returned Cat on Oct 11th. Henry promised 1 free day on next Charter from him, but no document confirming offer was given.
