Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Very friendly and helpful.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Dennis did a good job of explaining the yacht and was willing to stay later than expected to check us out early.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yacht was clean but we had an issue with the port battery, generator and a gas supply issue to the cooking equipment.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Cooking equipment worked well when we got the gas issue resolved.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes.
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
They were responsive when we had issues and I understand that there are likely to be issues on any charter.

They were great helped us every step of the way once we arrived at the marina and when the generator went down they came out and replaced the pump to ensure the trip was a blast they made sure the trip was great from beginning to end

OMG yes the St John’s area was so easy to navigate and mooring balls made the bays easy to settle into

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Impeccably clean with a great layout. There were 4 comfortable seating areas with plenty of sun and shade. We could all hang out together at anytime or find a little nook for some alone time. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and good sized for a boat.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes. It was fresh and breezy.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Yes. Wonderful people and so easy to be around. They made fantastic choices with our itinerary! They worked so hard to add special touches to everything but made it seem so effortless.
Was the food good and well presented?
AMAZING! We took pictures of the food at every meal because it was so gorgeous. Chef Katie exceeded our expectations at every meal!

They were absolutely delightful! The boat was beautifully decorated and the crew went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They set things up for us to have the perfect vacation with a wonderful mix of relaxation and enjoyment.
