Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Yes, the yacht was impeccably clean. Bed and bedding was very comfortable and they did a great job of keeping everything neat and tidy.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes. It was very well ventilated, especially when we opened all the doors at night and let the wind blow through.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Yes! The crew was amazing in every way. They were a delight to talk to, had great stories and just all around fabulous people.
Was the food good and well presented?
Yes! We are currently at home mourning the lack of free range muffins. Izza is a wonderful cook who surprised and delighted us every night.

I can't say enough good things about the yacht and crew. Everything was perfect.

Sy and Kara are great! Great food and plenty of it for our 6 teenage boys. Great water toys and well thought out itinerary by the crew. They met all our requests. They are laid back but engaging. Caring and thoughtful. We loved them!

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
yes, very friendly and welcoming
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
yes, however we have experience with this boat already. So we didn't need much of a run-through
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
clean yes, we realized the rudder was broken when we left the harbor. The technical team met us at our mooring the next morning and fixed it for us.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
not enough knives, and we could have used a cutting board. Other than that, very good
Was the yacht well ventilated?
yes

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes but w a few exceptions. TV was missing off the wall ( with holes showing ). Aft port berth AC unit was broken. Halyard line was frayed- needs replacing. Again - all minor.

Generator died on 5th day but Moorings sent a repair man out who replaced a diode and got it back up and running.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes.

we had a great time and everything was as promised. 6 adults and 5 kids, all were thrilled with the trip.

the Navigare "check-out" was a little short of systems run-thru, and we had to figure somethings out on our own, but was not negative to our trip.
as always on boats, things fail. but we worked thru it and still had the time of our lives.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
They were. Everything was extremely smooth.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
They did. We were able to walk through all major elements of the boat. The documentation on the boat has also gotten better since I last chartered with them.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
It was a 2023. It was perfect.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
It was perfect.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
It was.

Everything was great. I will certainly look to book with Horizon again.

3rd time in the BVI's so nothing particularly new for us. We love it. It was good to see a lot of the old staples were back. We finally got a chance to meet Melody's mom at Myett's. She was so sweet. She saw us at dinner and surprised my 4 year old with a shark tooth necklace.... he absolutely loved it.

Was a wonderful time. Day 2 we found out that the Port Aft shower would not drain - guys came to fix it that afternoon. Day 4 we had a break of a component of the Lazy Jacks and again guys came and fixed it same day. Navigare folks were a delight to work with. We all had an amazing time and are looking already for the next adventure.
