Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
The Mooring staff were exceptional.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Very thorough briefing.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
No problems with the yacht. Everything clean and in good working order.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
No problems
Was the yacht well ventilated?
A/C was extremely effective. The boat ventilated well when opened up.
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
The Moorings is a top rated company in my opinion. Every need was cheerfully met.
The yacht, Leopard 50, is the best sailing catamaran we have chartered. It points well and sails closer to the wind than other cats. The sail plan is efficiently laid out and easy to manage,

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Yes, it was very comfortable and clean.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, ventilation and temperatures were wonderful.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
The crew was amazing. Tyrone, the captain and Max the chef were top-notch.
If we ever broke another charter, definitely, I would request both of them.
Was the food good and well presented?
The food was amazing, very flavorful and plenty fall. Max, the chef was very good about making sure everybody got what they prefer. The varieties were fantastic. He’s truly amazing.
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
Tyrone and Max were wonderful to hang out with we felt like we were with family. They didn’t feel like a crew. Tyrone, the captain was very good about taking us to wherever we wanted to go and explaining to us every night what we were going to do the following day. He was very respectful and fun to be around. Max, the chef was amazing and communicating what we wanted or didn’t want what time food was going to be there he was always on time and the food was spot on. They both have amazing energy.

Yes indeed, and the variation was excellent.

Judy and Vince is an excellent team in catering for their guests. Outstanding, with a mindset of always satisfying any request. The yacht is in excellent condition and spacious, both on deck and below.

We now had the opportunity to enjoy BVI, as last time we sailed in the USVI during the end of the pandemic. Very enjoyable, with lots of nice and interesting anchorages.
