Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Exceptional. Mrs Sophie was so kind and helpful during the whole stay. If we needed anything the whole team was very responsive as well!
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes. It happened to be brand new.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes but for some reason it had no interior curtains in the saloon making the temperature very hot inside and forcing the use of the generator and air conditioning units at all times.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes the charter company had everything ready to go for our 4 pm sleep aboard. They make the checkout process pretty straightforward considering everything that has to happen to make that possible.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes they covered everything that we needed them to.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes everything was clean with good supplies. Had one cabin air conditioner that kicked off a few times but there are always a few quirks with boats.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
I would like to recommend that someone consider adding power winches for the dingy davits for future boat orders. I believe this is our first boat that didn't have that and considering that it was the newest and largest that was somewhat surprising.

Yes we had a great time as some places that were not built back from the hurricanes prior were now up and running.

Having served in the army for a quarter of a century, I’ve done some ‘once in a lifetime’ things. I’ve climbed and kayaked/canoed all over the world, I rode one of the Queens horses on two royal weddings and a diamond jubilee. I raised the Union Flag during the London Olympics.
I parachuted, rode a bike down a mountain during the winter in Scotland, I drank a Coke Zero in the Grand Canyon and went to a few places most people wouldn’t dare to.
Nothing, let me say that again. Nothing, compared to the sailing trip I just went on. Sun, sand, a beautiful coloured sea, perfect weather, delicious food, the best rum cocktails I’ve ever had, a great crew, and the most awesome friends I guy could ask for!
