1. Were the staff at VI Yacht Charters friendly and accommodating?
Yes - they were great

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
For a charter boat, yes. We had to get the generator worked on and we had to replace the filter in the water maker. Otherwise, there were only minor problems.

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes, except it could use a few more dinner utensils and plastic glasses.

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes.

5. Did the staff at VI Yacht Charters do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes. Scooby did an excellent job. I have done 16 charters and this was the best boat briefing I have had.

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Yes. The USVI is great. Not as many anchorages as the BVI, but some of the most beautiful in the lesser antilles.

7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
Everyone did a great job. The hand off from Joann to the Concierge team was a bit unclear as to who was now doing what.

Yes, although we were at CYOA instead of Navigare. The marina was close to the airport so a short drive.

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes it was very clean and a nice boat.

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes, but likely our captain did the cooking do didn’t have to worry about figuring it out.

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes

5. Did the staff at Navigare do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
They did it with our captain.

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Yes, it was beautiful.

7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
No, y’all were amazing and helped us rebook due to covid and then helped find an amazing captain when ours had to back out.

I would suggest adding a Yeti cooler. The ice chest provided did not keep ice frozen so we kept it in the fridge instead. Either add a yeti or an ice maker. We can’t thank Melody enough for finding Andre! He was fantastic!!

We had Randeen & alan as crew. They were amazing and extremely accomodating

2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
yes, it was very comfortable and clean

3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
Every cabin had multiple vents to allow fresh air into your cabin and Alan always made sure we had a breeze.

4. Was the food good and well presented?
Food was incredible. Randeen is an amazing chef. Everything was delicious and very well presented.

5. Did you like the area you sailed?
yes, the USVI was wonderful. Alan found several amazing places.

6. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
No, everything went well overall given the circumatances.

Randeen, Alan, and the boat were amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were extremely gracious and accommodating. They wanted to make sure that every little thing was perfect. We would sail with them anytime.
