Yes, very good job, they provided videos in advance which was very helpful
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes, for the most part. A few "wear and tear" items, but not bad. Biggest issue was on 2nd to last day the genoa leach tore during a tack, in moderate winds (12-15mph). Not sure it could have been predicted, but the blue leach furling cover was very faded, hence evidence the sail was quite old. Not a big deal.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes
Was the yacht well ventilated?
As good as can be expected

The people are very nice, in a bit of a hurry, but kind and helpful.

The boat was well cleaned, however the toilets were not cleaned.
For a two year old boat it was in ok condition:
- Charging the main house batteries required us to run the engines for a couple of hours twice daily. It would not charge from shore power nor the generator .
- Main cabin door lock broken
- the aft life line was missing
- Two of four front cushions did not stay up
On the positive side:
- The boat was very spacious and accommodated 5 adults and four children under 12 comfortably
- The four bathrooms and aft cockpit and table were comfortable for our group of 9
- Engines and dinghy motor and generator started reliably
- Six air conditioning units worked well

Yes. The single 115v outlet in the kitchen was limiting.

- The boat was very spacious and accommodated 5 adults and four children under 12 comfortably
- The four bathrooms and aft cockpit and table were comfortable for our group of 9
- Engines and dinghy motor and generator started reliably

Did you like the area you chartered in?
Our trip was Christmas week 2021. St John , where we spent most of our time, was wonderful for swimming and snorkeling. Swimming with turtles was a very special treat. St Thomas also had some bays with swimming and snorkeling. Access to restaurants was much more limited than the BVIs. Sailing distances were much shorter than the BVIs, but there was an option to hop-scotch between destinations to increase sailing time.
Wind conditions were good except for one day with very light winds. Weather conditions were excellent with three short periods of rain. Water temp was about 80 degrees.
