The team was great. One note...Easir II changed the harbor they use in St. Thomas. They notified VI Sailing, but the new harbor was not reflected in any of the notifications/documents. Sy and Kara made everything right. Just wanted you to know.

The back cabin hatches were blocked by the isenglass, , so the ventilation was stuffy for the back cabins..
We did not run the generator all night for the ac, so the airflow was lacking.

Very clean and surprisingly spacious.

Absolutely. I was very comfortable the entire charter.

We became fast friends and they felt like family when we departed.

Much care and detail was paid to feeding us three times a day. We enjoyed every meal!

Devon and Davis were professional and knowledgeable yet so warm and relaxed. They weren’t just the crew. They were travel agents, tour guides, personal assistants, storytellers, and by the end, friends and confidantes!

This was our 5th charter through VISailing. The challenge on both ends presented by COVID took us from a Leeward Islands bareboat in June of 2021 to reschedule in May of 2022. Due to COVID protocols we then requested the charter be moved to the USVI. VISailing was able to work with the charter company and make this happen.

I'm already looking at destinations for bareboat #6.

Upon arrival with provisions at 1620 they made us wait until 1700 to board. I realize the scheduled time was 1700 but they could have let us put some of the provisions in the refrigerator. Austin was great and Brent got us through the boat-brief and on the water quickly. The boat bottom needed cleaning, which was brought to attention.

We sailed from Compass Point, STT to Great Cruz Bay, STJ, picking up a private mooring arranged prior. We picked up two hard surface SUPs from SUP St. John and then sailed to St. Croix the next day. After two nights in St. Croix we sailed back to St. John. The beaches in St. John are beautiful and we love it, but there aren't enough anchorages. Maho was the most protected. Cinnamon had one ball and Trunk three, one without a pennant. Rent a vehicle from Centerline in St. Croix and Mr. Piper's in St. John is the best. Skinny Legs is over-rated and has turned into a tourist-attraction. The pizza at St. John Brewery and Taphouse was great.
