Impeccably so!
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes! Plenty of hatches to open when air circulation was needed.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
They were one of the best parts of the entire trip. They were thoughtful, considerate, friendly, engaged, and by the end of the trip became our friends. We are so grateful they were our crew and Emily was spot on in her analysis they were going to be a good fit for our group.
Was the food good and well presented?
YES! Judy is an incredible chef and Vince's grilling assistance made for some of the best food we could have imagined. It was delicious with amazing presentation. Portion sizes were perfect and we were never hungry.

I really cannot say enough great things about Judy, Vince, and Jake. They made our trip the incredible vacation it was.

Yes, we had indicated wanting to do a lot of snorkeling and Vince was able to put us in some amazing spots. When we had a detour due to weather (not able to visit St. Croix), Vince took us to a few other spots that offered equally as amazing things!

This was a big "bucket list" trip for us and it was exceptional. Tippee and Wade (and Bo) are great hosts and the experience couldn't have been better. The food was gourmet, and they accommodated our tastes. The boat toys, 6' paddle board, other paddled boards, big floatie, tent and chairs for the beach...we had everything we needed. Great experience with a floating taco bar and a boat concert!

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
It was very comfortable. Our crew did everything they could to make it comfortable and clean and to keep it that way. Gigi was amazing. She was always moving. She kept out cabin tidy, folded clothes and towels, and made the boat feel easy to be on. Her table settings were so impressive!
Was the yacht well ventilated?
It was. Never even thought about it. It was always comfortable and air conditioned.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Absolutely. Captain Patrik was always open and accommodating to do anything that made our trip more enjoyable. Rica led our excursions and water sports. Mary made amazing food.
Was the food good and well presented?
This was one of the highlights of the trip! We never had a bad meal and the meals on the boat were better than the restaurants we visited. Mary is amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about the crew. The boat was impressive the the crew was exceptional. The crew made the trip unforgettable.

Every meal, and happy hour snack, was simply outstanding in variety, taste and presentation. Some of the best meals we've had. The fact that Jen could prepare them for 6 visitors in a limited space is remarkable.

Sam and Jen have been doing this for a while and it shows. They are both very friendly, knowledgeable, capable, easily approachable and eager to please. We could not have had a better trip. Their ship, Starfish, was perfect for our needs and was kept very clean and organized. They are very familiar with the Virgin Islands and knew where to go, and when to go there, for us to get the full experience we requested.

Yes. While it would've been nice to get to the BVIs, the political situation rendered that as not an option. The locations we went to in the USVI were great.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
BVI Yacht Charters lacks many of the amenities that larger companies offer ie Moorings/ Sunsail next door. With that said the people from the front desk, staff supporting the dock, walk through and arrival back to port outweigh all the amenities offered by larger charters companies.

After nine charters - this was my best overall experience. All people involved were first rate. Long Story was the most reliable yacht i have ever chartered. Everything worked as advertised. Even with a turbo on-the port side that needed to be repaired - it was identified and made recommendations to keep an eye on the oil levels. Great job!!

Navigare is not well known on St Thomas as every taxi taken drove past it. The base is being built out so on shore showering facilities were not yet functional. The on shore toilet facility was also kind of a mess.

The yacht is very comfortable, very clean, very inviting. This is our second time with the Starfish and Sam and Jen. I cannot imagine a better more comfortable and clean yacht/charter

There is not enough superlatives to adequately describe the food on board. Each meal is expertly planned, prepared, and served.

This has to be the best charter in the Caribbean. We cannot wait for our next trip. The catamaran is exceptional, the food is incomparable, and Jen and Sam make this the best experience you can imagine. This is a must do charter.
