Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Very friendly, professional and helpful.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes, it was clean and mainly in good working condition. There were a few minor things not working, like the holding tank gage on the port side, and some missing deck cushions, stained cushions in the dining area.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Relatively sufficient. We cook on board and could not find any sheet pan or baking pan for the oven, so we bought a disposable one. Plenty of plates, glasses and cooktop skillets.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes

Great experience and would book again. Especially grateful to captain Bradley St Croix for being a professional, friendly and delightful guide for our week in BVI. Please send our thanks again. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Yes they were friendly and accommodating but a bit disorganized.. No real issues.. we arrive fairly early and they originally said they had no place to store our luggage but eventually told us we could use an adjacent boat.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
God enough
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
yes, a couple things were not working but no issues..
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Cooking yes.. The coffee maker was small and didn't make sense... 3 cup machine?
Was the yacht well ventilated?
yes

The charter company was good, we extended to 2 days which was great... Very Smooth,,,

Also the charter base staff was extremely helpful with helping a couple crew with covid testing... thanks

Kevin from Sunsail was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Great guy!

Yes she was clean. The only issues we noted and stated same on the de-brief was the fact the cabin door handles on the starboard fell off. I tried tightening the handle with the alan key but to no avail!

As suggested in the de-brief, they should have had at least 2 wall mounted clothing hooks in the each cabin. (more a design option issue and not a negative against Sunsail)

Amazingly so!

Rebecca and Heiko were truly the best part of our already amazing trip! They were wonderful hosts and great fellow adventurers for our week aboard. And they added so many little personal touches that made our week even more special and fun - new table settings every night, a fun game our group hadn’t tried, restocking alcohol even before we knew it was low - I could go on and on. And Heiko’s free-diving was an added bonus because he could point out things we couldn’t see from the surface. Our group has already said, we’d book again in a heartbeat - but only with Rebecca and Heiko!
Was the food good and well presented?
So unbelievably good! We loved, loved all of the food. And the presentation was beautiful and fun. I couldn’t say enough good things about the flavor, variety, and amounts! Looked forward to every meal and snack!

It was a truly memorymaking trip - we can’t wait to go back!

Yes we loved it, especially St John. The snorkeling was so great - we saw so many beautiful fish, octopus, nurse sharks, lobster, puffer fish, barracuda, conches, eel, lots of sea turtles, and beautiful sea ferns. At times it felt like we were in a huge aquarium with all the fish around us. Heiko and Rebecca knew all the great snorkeling areas.

Could have done better. There were a few systems that needed clarification, notably the waste tank evacuation and water fill.

We had a problem getting started on our first morning out of Norman. It turned out to be a simple solution but it took three hours for anyone from the emergency line and direct contact with office to get back to me.
The labeling on the port cabin waste evacuation appears to be contradictory and should be explained better to future charters.
