Very friendly and accommodating! Always asking if we needed anything.

2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Yes

The food was AMAZING!!!! Unbelievably good!

Yes, so beautiful!

Captain Stephen and Doris were truly wonderful! By the end of the charter, we considered them friends! They were so accommodating! After finding out that 2 of our guests did not eat seafood, Doris adjusted the menu//meals to offer them another option. They were also wonderful with making plans for our vow renewal for our 25th wedding anniversary, as well as a fishing charter for the guys & massages for the girls! Our entire group had a wonderful time and experience!

1. Were the staff at Navigare friendly and accommodating?
Everyone at VI Sailing was very helpful. The lady at the CYOA desk was not overly friendly, but was helpful getting us on to our yacht.

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
The yacht was fairly clean, but we had several issues during the charter. See additional comments below.

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Not necessarily. The A/C in the Port side front bedroom didn't work very well and the sewer smell lingered throughout the yacht when we had the black water tank issues.

5. Did the staff at Navigare do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
The Captain gave us a run down on most everything we needed to worry about

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Yes. The USVI was beautiful and we'd like to go to BVI next.

7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
Probably not once we got on board

they were the Best!

Very comfortable and clean

Flo and her meals were well above expectations. She has my husband eating foods that I could never get him to eat.

Beautiful areas, crystal clear water and great history

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Phil and Flo. Considering that we had 2 other boats and captains cancel on us, I think it was Karma that lead us to Deep Blue. We can't even imagine having spent this time with anyone other than Phil and Flo. Everyday we would all look at each other and say "How do we tell people about This experience?" They made everyday relaxing, an adventure and just plain fun! When they can sail to the BVI's, we will be planning another trip with them.

1. Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Shawn and Autumn were wonderful. They made sure we had lots of options for the activities that we enjoy.

2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Yes, We were a family of 7 and we had plenty of room and the yacht was extremely clean.

3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes and the air conditioning at night was perfect.

4. Was the food good and well presented?
Autumn is an amazing chef. Every meal she served was wonderful. We ate out one evening and it wasn't anywhere near as good as her food.

5. Did you like the area you sailed?
We loved St John. We told them we wanted to see the national park and they made sure we did.

6. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
No, you really picked the perfect charter for our family.

We had the BEST vacation with Captain Shawn and Chef Autumn on the SV Kelea. The yacht had plenty of room for our family of 7. We told them we were very interested in exploring the National Park on St John and they made sure we saw the best of it! We went on multiple hikes and snorkeled many beautiful reefs in the national park waters. It was the best snorkeling I have ever seen. We saw multiple turtles, rays and many beautiful fish. We enjoyed lunch at Lime Out one day - that is a must! We had so many wonderful meals prepared by Autumn. Everything was delicious! We went out to a nice dinner one night, but everyone agreed that Autumn's food was better. I cannot recommend this charter enough! We hope to be able to charter with them again in the future!

Definitely yes

Only issue was that we didn't get answers to a couple basic questions until a couple days before the charter but it all worked out. Zozo's was great!

Paul and Ashley along with the Oceanfront Property crew are fantastic, and energetic enough to keep my teenagers/early 20s kids entertained the whole time along with the adults. We had an accident the first day (our friend slit his ankle pretty good on Oceanfront Property's dingy) and both captains were extremely professional and quick to get him medical care. This was our first charter but it won't be our last!

Captain Vince, Judy (amazing chef) and Jake the Boat Dog went above and beyond to make our special day into an unforgettable week! Every meal, every bay, and every activity was specialized just for us! They are wonderful hosts and we can't wait to sail with them again 🙂 Thanks Vince, Judy, & Jake!!!!!!!!!

Yes very friendly and helpful, however, they were understaffed

Yes, but they were pressed for time as they were severely understaffed

No you guys were fantastic!

We had a fantastic time, the boat was great and the USVIs were beautiful The dream yacht charter base in USVI was Spartan. To have a pleasant experience you have to expect nothing from it: no place to wait, no A/C while you wait, no pool, no shade, no chart briefing, no help docking, no answer on the radio. If you come with a fend for yourself mindset, you will do very well. Staff is as helpful as they can but are severely understaffed. VISAILING was fantastic. I will use them again.

1. Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Yes, they were amazing. they were the perfect personality for our family. Our 21 and 17 year old daughters really took to Kara and she was always up for anything, and provided great education to all of us on the history of the islands. Sy was always communicating options and giving us plenty of information so we could make the best choices.

2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Yes! We never needed for anything.

3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, always cool when needed.

4. Was the food good and well presented?
Excellent, in fact I had said ‘yes’ to a few items on the preference form so we could try them …knowing my family may not be a fan - and they loved it . Hats off to both Sy and Kara, great food.

5. Did you like the area you sailed?
Yes, beautiful - good combination of quiet coves and more active ones with fun shore options.

6. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
No, it was a wonderful trip and experience, cherished memory for the family.
