Very, Naz and Terrance were awesome

In great shape and everything functioned properly

Yes and it had a Gen-set with air-conditioning- sweet

I guess the only thing is that the yacht we thought we were getting was a 3 stateroom yacht but we actually got a boat named Pito which was a 4 stateroom. It was all good. We used the extra stateroom as a "garage" to store things. Also it had 4 separate heads which was really nice.

1. Were the staff at Navigare friendly and accommodating?
Yes, we communicated often, from the day we arrived in the BVI before we even got on the boat. The contacts that Melody gave for the base there were used MANY times, and they were helpful with responses.

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes it was.

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
OK - not a lot of choice but we were effective in all that we tried, curious choice of glassware that was noisy and banging about while travelling.

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
yes

5. Did the staff at Navigare do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
we had some issue in receiving the briefing files as they are not doing them in person. We had a captain for the first two days, and he tried. Some items were missed that perhaps would ordinarily be covered. We were able to WhatsApp the base manager with questions while on charter though.

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
very much!

all were helpful!

We loved the Nanny Cay area of Tortola and were glad to have that hotel/marina as a base. We used WhatsApp A LOT when down there, very important for any traveller now. It was worth the portal/covid testing hurdles to have the experience of a very uncrowded BVI charter right now.

1. Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Yes, Adam and Sophie were enormously friendly and helpful. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about the area.

2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
It was extremely clean with nice bedrooms and comfortable seating arrangements.

3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, the yacht had good ventilation.

4. Was the food good and well presented?
The food was wonderful and plentiful. Lots of freshly prepared, delicious food was available during the day.

5. Did you like the area you sailed?
Yes, it was beautiful! Everything we anticipated and more. Adam answered our questions about the local history, too, which was wonderful.

6. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
No, everything went well.

Elixir is fantastic. Jim and Sherry are superb! Food was great with a wide variety and beautiful presentation. Ellen with visailing was very helpful in picking the boat and answering questions. absolutely wonderful experience all around!!

It lacked large enough pot/pan for that size group. We purchased one and left aboard.

Yes

No that was not the case and created issues later.
