1. Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Yes!!! They were super nice, chill, laid back and always with a smile!!

2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Gorgeous and clean!! Patti also made the beds and took our bathroom trash. The inside and outside boat was always sparkling clean!!

3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes!!! Great for sleeping. The air was always on at night and during the day we had the best breezes and best water to swim in!!

4. Was the food good and well presented?
Pattis food was OVERTHE TOP AMAZING. Every single meal was super delicious. We have so many favorites. Super good. Better than restaurant.

5. Did you like the area you sailed?
Every spot was super beautiful, calm coves, beautiful beaches, lots to snorkel and a few hiking places

6. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
No. Every was 5 star all the way

Patti and bryan are the best kept secret of USVI. They should be well known and constantly booked. Food, experience, personality, they were amazing with our teenagers, and with us. Best family trip ever!!

Very much so. Very easy going and helpful

Clean boat the water maker had to be repaired in the field

Pan handle fell off

It would be a good idea to place a copy of manuals for the boat operation on board. We we not told the shore power switch is in the Port engine bay

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Really liked the BVI better. Magen's bay is fantastic

7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
Team was very responsive and offed helps for every request. Even offed to give us coffee filters if needed.

Nice boat to cruse. Many amenities. However not a great sail boat.

1. Were the staff at VI Yacht Charters friendly and accommodating?
The staff was flat out excellent

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Everything worked fine except the dingy. We were sent out with a bad motor on the dinghy but after 3 visits and two day, we ended up with a functioning dingy motor.

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
The gas oven does not work well at all. Not able to bake cookies or make a Pizza. Everything else worked fine; we could not find the coffee pot for the coffee maker but we made due.

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes and the A/c worked great.

5. Did the staff at VI Yacht Charters do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes, Melly did our orientation and he covered everything quite well.

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Awesome. This trip we primarily hung out of the north side of St. John. We sailed the Pillsbury as well as the waters on the west side of St. John between St. John and Jost. Awesome all the way around.

7. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
No, the issues with the dinghy were mildly frustrating because we were without a dingy during the first two days but Walter & Melly took care of it as quickly as they could and we are impressed with their professionalism and very caring attitudes. It would have been better to send us out with a good dinghy motor to start with but I gave you guys no time at all to go through everything and I am not at all disappointed, not at all.

In every way, from my first interactions with Joann to the last moment when we left the boat, the staff there was excellent. The equipment (excepting the first dinghy motor and then the prop on the second dinghy motor) was also excellent and The trip was smooth, relaxing and all around a terrific memory maker.
