Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Very Friendly, being our first time it took a lot longer than expected to gather details and there were items missing on our boat that we were trying to fulfill. Mainly cushions and towels.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?

Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
The boat was clean, but the air was not working well

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
The yacht was impeccably maintained and clean. The comfort level was so high that we felt perfectly at home!
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Absolutely!
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Joe and Holly were above and beyond - perfect hosts who welcomed us into their home - with the most incredible food and beverage service, as well as ensuring our best interests.
Was the food good and well presented?
Oh, my, goodness - we feel Holly should create a cookbook named "En Board"! The food was not only delicious, but the presentation was impeccable! We learned a lot about how to maximize output from a small kitchen!
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
We can't say enough about Joe and Holly - they were simply wonderful. It was our first vacation in many years, and they made it memorable, relaxing, and fun!

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?

Absolutely!
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Joe and Holly were above and beyond - perfect hosts who welcomed us into their home - with the most incredible food and beverage service, as well as ensuring our best interests.
Was the food good and well presented?
Oh, my, goodness - we feel Holly should create a cookbook named "En Board"! The food was not only delicious, but the presentation was impeccable! We learned a lot about how to maximize output from a small kitchen!

Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?

Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
yes
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
No Not at all. The yacht was very ill equipped! Small appliances weren't all working. Stove did not work well. there were no wine glasses, no serving piece & no cookware for the oven. The chef had a very tough time preparing meals.

We started at Jost Van Dyke stayed for a night. Then carried on to Cane Garden, did the rum tour and then headed to Spanish Town. Then off to the to Bitter end and to Anegoda, Norman and then ended at Cooper island before going back to Tortola.

Captain Seth and mate Marissa were terrific. They do all they can to be responsive to the needs and interests of the passengers. Seth is a fantastic sailor and was so willing to share his knowledge. Marissa prepared and served delicious meals.

Exuma islands are beautiful. Crystal clear water an amazing aqua blue.

Wildlife was great -- birds, iguanas, turtles, even the pigs!
