Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?

Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?

Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
yes
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
No Not at all. The yacht was very ill equipped! Small appliances weren't all working. Stove did not work well. there were no wine glasses, no serving piece & no cookware for the oven. The chef had a very tough time preparing meals.

They were wonderful.

Yes. A special treat was being able to eat fish that had been caught while we were sailing, so very fresh!
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
Captain Seth and mate Marissa were terrific. They do all they can to be responsive to the needs and interests of the passengers. Seth is a fantastic sailor and was so willing to share his knowledge. Marissa prepared and served delicious meals.

Exuma islands are beautiful. Crystal clear water an amazing aqua blue.

Wildlife was great -- birds, iguanas, turtles, even the pigs!

The master cabin was large. Loved the top deck for viewingf and the dinner deck was comfortable

Mike and Lizzie were always helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They were fun to talk with and fit in we4ll with our family, who were the guests.

The food was always perfect and the presentation was beautiful. We all loved every meqal.

BVI provided excellent snorkeling. We were all glad we brought a neoprene shirt for the usual 1+ hour snorkel.

We loved the snorkeling. a number of locations had nice sea fans. We kept count of underwater species and saw 35 different species. There was

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
They yacht was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
They yacht was well ventilated and had fans within the bedrooms to give extra circulation.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
I cannot say enough good things about Alan and Randeen. They were so friendly and every need was attended to. They also provided very welcomed feedback on which restaurants to go to and activities to do. Took us to several places we had never heard of that were some of our absolute favorites.
Was the food good and well presented?
The food and drink was always very plentiful. Off board the food was great but it didn't compare to the food onboard. Five-star quality both in presentation and taste. My sister and I are both planning on asking for the recipes.
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
We loved the experience. The crew was absolutely great--they had an intuitive sense of when to engage and when to leave us to our own devices. We were never in need of food or drink because they always anticipated our needs. Also, Ritz was a true delight!

It was one of the most beautiful places we have seen.

So many to note but we really enjoyed the Baths, The Indians, The Rhone Dive, Ivan's bar, and Saba Rock. We also just enjoyed that other than Soggy--it seemed we had the places to ourselves. It was amazing.

We started at Jost Van Dyke stayed for a night. Then carried on to Cane Garden, did the rum tour and then headed to Spanish Town. Then off to the to Bitter end and to Anegoda, Norman and then ended at Cooper island before going back to Tortola.
