Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Yes very good layout and very clean.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Very - we kept the doors open during the day and the AC was nice and cold at night
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Our crew was absolutely amazing. Captain Nick was the perfect balance of fun and safe. I knew about 30 mins in to being on the boat that he had our safety as his number one priority and that he knew sailing inside and out. He took us to great spots and when he wasnāt busy sailing he was busy cleaning up, getting toys out, helping Kate, or answering any of our million questions we were always throwing at him. He fished with us every night and that was definitely a highlight of the trip. Kateā¦no words. I think I speak for all of us when I say we wanted to take her home with us! She was the sweetest, kindest hostess we could ever imagine. Her food was delicious and her drinks were even better! She worked so hard the week we were there and you could tell she loved every minute of it. It would be hard to imagine doing this trip with anyone else.
Was the food good and well presented?
Yes the food was amazing. Every meal was delicious and our Chef, Kate, took into consideration all of the likes/dislikes we each told her about.
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
We canāt imagine a better time than the one we had onboard Sea Dog with Kate and Nick. Every aspect was perfect - from the planning with VI Sailing to the trip itself. The boat was beautiful and safe and our crew took the best care of us. It was hard to leave on the last day.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Everyone was exceptionally friendly. Notably so.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes. They walked me through all systems and answered my questions.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Exceptionally clean. Awesome job.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Very good.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes. We had AC.
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
We had a problem with the generator (broken belt) and a tech was dispatched quickly to repair. Same when we had a problem with the generator cooling water system.

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Very clean and spacious. After experience on monohulls, a catamaran was very spacious.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes. We used AC in moorings with little wind.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Yes. Randeen was superbly friendly and accommodating.
Was the food good and well presented?
Yes. If the cruising stops were excellent, the food was superb. The first meal was excellent and every meal after that was increasingly better. Well prepared, varied and well presented meals was a highlight of the cruise.

Randeen and Alan were exceptional hosts.
Alan knew all the details about each stop and skillfully navigated to what appears the best mooring. The scuba diving was extraordinary.
Randeen is a great chef and superbly friendly.
Ritz (the resident pet) was very friendly and calming.

The cruising area was spectacular. The weather cooperated with us with mostly south East winds and almost no rain. The route was the most efficient to hit all the stops we wanted. The sail back from Anegada was epic.

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Yes. Well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable and everything was functional and in good shape. Felt like a brand new cataraman.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes -- no problems. Comfortable during the day and nice cold A/C at night for sleeping.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Very much so. The perfect balance with our group. Socialized with us, put up with 100s of questions, gave us the right amount of space (very little needed with this group). Flexible in planning out the weeks and the days. Great agenda. Great people. Hope to sail again soon with Captains Travis & Missy!
Was the food good and well presented?
Amazing -- great combinations of lighter dishes and heavier dishes. Great variety in styles, etc... Believe this would be the best eating of the three charters I have been on.

Great trip! Perfect amount of lazy time with go time. Great cocktails and service! The cooler never went empty despite our best efforts! Felt very safe during our scuba adventures, with great dive instruction/knowledge.

Very friendly and helpful.

The staff did a great job getting us familiar with the systems of the boat.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
The yacht was in great condition and suited our needs completely. Some of the upper deck cushions could use a good re-upholstering.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
The cooking and cleaning equipment were great. The grill could be improved with a bit larger grill.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
The yacht had great air conditioning as well as air flow while underway.

All in all everything and everyone was great!
We will definitely be going back to VIYC.

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Everything about the yacht was great except for the day our fresh water pump broke. I would have expected Festiva to send a new pump by water immediately as itās a common part. Iām a boater of 32 years. But the captain fixed it several times. Also underway our bedroom door would open on its own and the crew was aware of it. The captain and chef made the week amazing!

Yes but head would get stinky.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Top notch! The best!
