Best charter company I've experienced. Older boat that was very well maintained. First time I had nothing on a boat not work. Everything worked perfectly.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
horizon yacht charters did an excellent job – their online prep for the charter briefing, and the boat briefing was very well done. Upon arrival everything was exactly as we expected, picked up at the dock in Road town, they had binders ready that describe the operation of the boat in thorough detail. People were very nice and attentive.

Everything was perfect with the boat, except the head in all cabins was excessively smelly. More than usual for a boat…

We had a sleep board the night before which went fine, I think there should be an agreed-upon departure time in the morning. The company wasn’t very busy that morning with yachts going out, however, I did feel we got a bit delayed. Trying to get our exit Sorted out and approved. I say this, however, we know that people are anxious to get their trips started, and may be a little too rushed… However, when you leave Road town, if you want to make any reasonable distance, you need to get out of the Anchorage by 10:30 AM. The boat was a 40 foot catamaran… It was like sailing a big brick -winds between 20 kn in 30 kms of times and it has a very heavy weather helm.
Nanny cay was an awesome place to depart from, first time we have left from there. And the staff at horizons were lovely – Cara, who helped us with our check out and when we brought the boat back was very helpful.
