Everyone was very attentive and responded via call, email or text. The only issue we experienced was an IT issue with the preference list, but the team AC Pete’s the Google Doc we created so all was good.

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
It was beyond our wildest dreams.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, and when we came inside the boat the air maintained a very cool temperature.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
We cannot say enough about how amazing our crew was. Everyone knew our preferences a day or so in to the trip, and we had to ask for very little. They kept our rooms cleaned and fresh towels in our bathrooms each day. We hated to leave them.
Was the food good and well presented?
It was like eating at a five star restaurant each meal, and even lunch was amazing and creative. Our entire group was blown away with Captain Rob’s culinary skills. It was apparent he had been head chef at a major restaurant prior to becoming a charter captain.
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
Captain Rob was a perfect match for our group. His attention to detail, local knowledge and personality made the trip a once in a lifetime experience for each member of the group. Our crew was out of this world as well. We would go on a month long trip with them if we had the chance.

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Impeccably clean with a great layout. There were 4 comfortable seating areas with plenty of sun and shade. We could all hang out together at anytime or find a little nook for some alone time. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and good sized for a boat.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes. It was fresh and breezy.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Yes. Wonderful people and so easy to be around. They made fantastic choices with our itinerary! They worked so hard to add special touches to everything but made it seem so effortless.
Was the food good and well presented?
AMAZING! We took pictures of the food at every meal because it was so gorgeous. Chef Katie exceeded our expectations at every meal!

They were absolutely delightful! The boat was beautifully decorated and the crew went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They set things up for us to have the perfect vacation with a wonderful mix of relaxation and enjoyment.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Very friendly and helpful.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Dennis did a good job of explaining the yacht and was willing to stay later than expected to check us out early.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yacht was clean but we had an issue with the port battery, generator and a gas supply issue to the cooking equipment.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Cooking equipment worked well when we got the gas issue resolved.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes.
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
They were responsive when we had issues and I understand that there are likely to be issues on any charter.

They were great helped us every step of the way once we arrived at the marina and when the generator went down they came out and replaced the pump to ensure the trip was a blast they made sure the trip was great from beginning to end

Yacht was impeccable and amazingly clean.

Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
The crew as by far the best crew we have had in our charter history. Jaco and Simone are professionals of the highest level. They are without a doubt one of the best crews Sailing the BVI.
Was the food good and well presented?
Food was amazing and presentation was always first class. Simone always took extra time to decorate the table and do plate presentation.
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
Yacht is exceptionally maintained. Crew is exceptional in all aspects. By far one of the best yachts and crew sailing in the BVI's. Could not think of a single negative comment. Our trip was everything we had hoped for. We are experienced Charterers and this was simply the best we could have ever asked for. The crew! Just can not say enough nice things. They are over and above what is expected of a normal crew. Well done by all.
