Yes very accommodating and provided a brief overview for the sleep over night before we left.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes all went well the friendly skipper (who didn't say on past the break wall) served as both.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
generally clean - radio wasn't working it needs to be fixed it was a bit of a problem but didn't ruin our day
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
cooking yes - they really need to provide basics to clean the counters and bathrooms.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
yes

Moorings - I don't remember this last time. We were supposed to get 2 free ice - I had to ask; things were missing from the inventory - they said they knew everything that was missing but yet they didn't provide until we asked. Somethings we got tired of asking. Each time they brought something they were looking for a tip. It got ridiculous and delayed us leaving as a results

yes love it - it was the third time.
Best Restaurants - Anegada - Anegada Reef Hotel
and at Cow's wreck beach go to Anne Tipsey new place it is so nice and they are so friendly - the old Cow Wreck Beach people are very unhappy people
Virgin Gorda - CocoMaya was a wonderful restaurant and the waiter made the night for Christmas Eve they even kept the kitchen open as we were running late from church.
Strong wins this trip but we like that!
A couple of new places for us this time including day trip moorings because we felt good that we reserved a mooring ahead of time.

Chris and his team (Timrick, Kiz, Austin, & Arnold) were accommodating, professional and friendly. They were responsive to our questions and needs.

Yes, and they responded quickly to phone calls during our trip.

Yes, except the anchor light didn't work.

Excellent. We cooked almost the whole trip, including brownies in the oven.

Everything major worked, we have chartered for more than 10 years and that was impressive.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
It was adequate, better utensils would certainly help. Ie sharp knives and metal spatula

Beds were very hard and pillows were not great, it would benefit from another bank of house batteries, it desperately needs an upper cockpit dodger in order to take the helm during the rain and some lower level dodger to protect the outside lower level during frequent but brief showers, this was a major problem since it rains so frequently. A center mark on the wheel would be handy too. The staff was excellent and the boat was safe and in excellent repair making for an excellent trip.
