Yes they were the best part of our trip

Very clean

Great food and attention to detail for different requirements

We were bummed about not going to BVI’s but Captain picked great replacements

Yes, the best!

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes, but the fridge went out and the transom shower leaked

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes

5. Did the staff at Virgin Charter Yachts do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Absolutely

6. Did you like the area you cruised?

Yes, with understanding the the boat was a bit too small.

Yes, The boat worked well but we would not want to rent this boat again. Too small and cheaply built. all stairs, tables etc. was had very sharp corners. Christel got several bruises, especially at the very tight spaces between the stairs and and the heads. If this is how Fountaine Pajot are constructing their boats, we would never want to rent their boats again. We had also planed to be two couples but due to covid, our friends were not able to make the trip. With that we had been forced to change to this smaller boat we were ok with this boat but knowing what we know now we would have been miserable with two couple in this boat. This is where I think VIS should have know that this boat was way to small for two couples. A family perhaps ok but not two couples. This is not VIS fault but with the covid restrictions, the permitted quarantine moorage places were quire exposed to wind a waves which made it uncomfortable the first 5 days. It was also, from what we heard, unusually windy (gale warning).

1. Were the staff at BVI Yacht Charters friendly and accommodating?
Yes, very helpful.

2. Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes, very clean. The two issues we had were minor. The dinghy needed more air and the master head value allowed some black water back into the pan.

3. Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes. The wine corkscrew could do with an upgrade.

4. Was the boat well ventilated?
Yes.

5. Did the staff at BVI Yacht Charters do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes, by video.

6. Did you like the area you cruised?
Yes it’s our 4th visit

1. Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Tyler and Erika made us feel at home on Viramar. We felt very comfortable with them from the moment we stepped on the boat. They treated us like kings and queens. We laughed a lot. They brought us to fun places like Wind Mill bar, because they knew we liked live music. They are hardworking and knowledgable. They encouraged us to try new things and kept us

2. Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Viramar was our home away from home. Everything had a place, very organized and clean. We loved the unplugged box for the phones!

3. Was the yacht well ventilated?
Our bedrooms were the perfect temperature at bedtime. The AC felt great after a day in the sun!

4. Was the food good and well presented?
The food was a 10. The presentation was beautiful and the taste was out of this world. Erika shared some of her tricks of the trade. She always had a fun and yummy drink of the day as well.

5. Did you like the area you sailed?
We loved sailing the USVI. Absolutely beautiful.Tyler and Erika were extremely knowledgeable about the area and brought us to amazing spots for snorklelng, scuba, water sports, food/drink and evening retreats!

6. Could we at Virgin Island Sailing, Ltd. have helped you further in any way?
Our time on Viramar was a 10! It was an incredible family vacation with the perfect mix of adventure, fun and reiaxation.

Tyler and Erika paid close attention to the details. They made sure that we were comfortable and happy aboard Viramar. Truly, one of the most enjoyable vacations for our family. No stress. All you need are swimsuits, coverups, and a great attitude and you are guaranteed to enjoy your time on Viramar!

BVI's were closed so our tour was around St. John and St. Thomas. Each spot we visited was beautiful and had it's own uniqueness.

Jim and Sherry were absolute gracious and welcoming hosts. It is very apparent that they enjoy what they do and are very good at it. Every meal was absolutely phenomenal. 5 star dining with 5 star views. They have great knowledge of the area which allows them to meet and exceed any guests preference. I would not hesitate a moment to book with them again.
