Charter Company & Yacht
Please answer the following questions pertaining to the charter company and the yacht you chartered.
Rating of Charter Company & Yacht: 4
Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes, excellent
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Not very good. The on board manuals were very good indeed - the best we have seen - but the in person briefing was virtually non existent. We were left to sort everything out for ourselves. The young man who was our contact was very knowledgeable when we asked any questions.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Superb
Was the yacht well ventilated?
yes
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
Very nice yacht. A few items broke (door catches, locker catch). we had a problem with the reefing lines/gear and the company contact was very helpful on the phone.

We did not think the Bunker Hill Hotel was a good recommendation. While conveniently close and inexpensive, it was not clean and had minimal hot water.
