There was clearly a lot of chaos going on for check-ins for other charterers... much drama over boats that were not available and trips being delayed, etc. Very glad that we were not part of that, everything went smoothly for us. Given there were several upset parties we felt lucky.

good communication about covid rules. Too bad they changed every other week. Turns out they dropped the covid shot requirement the day we arrived in bvi.

We worked with Emily Mack for two different charters and found her to be very informative and responsive. We would highly recommend her services.

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Yes it was amazing! We had everything we needed plus more!
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes. The A/C worked well and kept the rooms comfortable.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Kennon and Stephanie were amazing!! We don't have enough good things to say about them and the service they provided. From morning to bedtime they couldn't have done more for us. They didn't miss a beat with meeting all of our needs during our vacation. They went above and beyond what we would have ever expected.
Was the food good and well presented?
The food was over the top amazing and was presented beautifully. Every meal was delicious and we had a wide variety of exciting dishes every day. A couple of our members of our group have food intolerances (gluten free and lactose intolerant) and they made sure to accommodate them with every meal, it was incredible and very appreciated!!!
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
Kennon and Stephanie were more than GREAT and we feel more then blessed to have gotten to spend the week with them. This vacation was enjoyed to its fullest by each person in our group and it couldn't have happened without these two. They fit right in with our family and we look forward to continuing the relationship that we formed with them. Highly recommend them to be a part of a vacation of a lifetime.

Conditions were great.

The crew was the greatest. Friendly and very interactive with the guest. Service was top notch.
Was the food good and well presented?
Food was great. Every meals was better than the next. My wife has celiac and she had no concerns the entire time. They separated each meal to keep it safe from cross contamination

We were sad to leave them. Could not ask for a better team.
