Yes yacht was impeccable, clean and comfortable

Yes, by far this was the most professional crew we have ever had on a Charter. Captain Tyrone and Chef Jenna were truly amazing.
Was the food good and well presented?
Food was so good, well presented and just perfect at every meal. Not a single issue. Jenna's food is the best we have had on a Charter.
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
Top notch crew. Best we ever had, and I can not imagine any other crew ever being better. Captain Tyrone and Chef Jenna are special crew members and true professionals. They made the entire trip an amazing and memorable experience.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Yes
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yacht was clean - there were a few things that were not perfect, but nothing major. Expected with the frequency of use of the boat.

The house batteries appear to be at end of life, as would not hold a charge long. Missing some bow cushions, some broken steps to fly bridge, Fuel transfer was not functioning (caused no issue for us but might for some running the generator on a longer cruise), could not tell if VHF was transmitting distance - could have been antenna issue or low voltage on the house batteries.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes
Was the yacht well ventilated?
The forward hatches in the main salon were not operable, and would have been nice for more ventilation.

Very helpful and friendly staff at the base.

Yes but I should have made work the stove and anchor instead of just talk me through how they work. As they did not work.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yacht was clean. We learned during are trip the stove and anchor did not work.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Stove didn’t work but they did get it working after a few days.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes.

We spun a prop which put us in a bad spot. The anchor didn’t work luckily we had few boats that saw our problem and assisted us to get on a mooring ball after the starboard motor spun a prop leaving us with only one motor and no way to drop anchor to secure us.

Lisa was very helpful with provisioning and got us off the dock quickly.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes
Orientation was very helpful
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes,
Toilets were now perfectly clean on arrival. Some stains on the bowl and seat. We cleaned the bathrooms our selves on the first day. All 4 heads smell terrible which was surprising for such a new yacht.
Water maker was not producing very much water and needed servicing. Raw water filter was completely clogged and dirty.
Yacht had vomit on the side of the boat from a previous charter.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes, bowls and utensils needed replacing.
Appliances all worked well.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, we didn’t use the AC.
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
The boated sailed well as rigging, sails and winches were in good working order.
Batamaran was the perfect boat for a group of our size. I had not chartered a FP before.
