Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
The yacht was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were shocked at the space in our rooms and bathrooms.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
The yacht was incredibly well ventilated. It was cool and smelled of the delicious meals being prepared.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
The crew was the best part. They gave us the local knowledge and guided through the best vacation we’ve ever had.
Was the food good and well presented?
The food was unbelievable. It was like eating at a 5 star restaurant every meal.

Michelle, Ian and Blair were amazing. I cannot wait to go on a charter with them again.

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Yes, The yacht was very comfortable. We had plenty of room for everything. The yacht was not only clean when we arrived, but was kept spotless throughout the entire cruise. They even cleaned the staterooms and heads daily
Was the yacht well ventilated?
The yacht was not only well ventilated but air conditioning was available upon request. During the day the ventilation was such that we never requested the air conditioning during the day. With the trade winds and open hatches, it was very comfortable and we enjoyed the fresh air.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
The crew could not have been more friendly and accommodating. They catered to our every desire. We will definitely use them again.
Was the food good and well presented?
The food could not have been better. They took care of everything on our yacht preference form. The food was 5 star and the presentation was exceptional. They even changed the centerpieces and table cloths daily. My wife came home with several recipes and took photos of the food presentations to show our friends.
8. Additional comments about the yacht and crew?
I can't say enough good things about the yacht and crew. The yacht was updated with the latest technology and comfort conveniences. The chef had more utensils in her kitchen than we have in our home. Every thing we could wish for was on the boat, not only in the kitchen, but for everything. The tender was first class and they has great snorkeling gear along with numerous water toys.
The crew could have not been better. They were wonderful and gracious hosts as well as great people. They were extremely knowledgeable about the area. The not only know the places to go but the history. They have been sailing for most of their lives, and also understand the weather, the water, and the fine nuances of what it takes to have a safe and enjoyable cruise. We are hopeful to go on another cruise to the BVI's and will definitely seek Sam and Jen on the Starfish out. No one could be better.

Oh my gosh. . .gourmet all the way! Fabulous! Delicious!

Best crewed trip we have been on. Was a windy week, but Carlos navigated so we were never uncomfortable while sailing or motor sailing and always found a sheltered cove when anchoring/mooring for the evening. Maribel is a fabulous cook and shared recipes when we asked. Could not have had better food at any restaurant! Perfect balance between socializing with us and leaving us on our own. Great recommendations on and off shore.

Friendly and accommodating but a little disorganized
When we identified missing items on the boat we reached pout to the main desk to inform them. the response is very slow and did cause some delay in departure.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
A quick review of all functions of the boat but sufficient for our needs
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
We were told on arrival that the boat was ready for the charter. Upon further investigation the fuel tanks were not full. The dinghy gas tank was also not full. We did not have a boat hook not binoculars aboard.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Lacking a cutting board and a cork screw

Appreciated the up grade provided. A great Cat for the BVI's. A little disappointed that things were not as stated by Moorings.

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
Yes, the yacht was even more comfortable than anticipated. Also very clean and it continued to be cleaned.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
yes, air conditioning was effective and plenty of ventilation
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
The crew was amazing. Flo and Phil were so friendly and fit right in with the group. They made great suggestions but also supported our needs and ideas. Phil enjoyed teaching our group to sail and shared his knowledge of the area, while Flo was an expert on the marine life and also took some of our group scuba diving.
Was the food good and well presented?
The food far exceeded my expectations. Flo was a fabulous chef. Everything was done so well, the meals were well planned, cooked perfectly and very well presented.

Deep Blue was a great yacht, well equipped with the essentials....lots of water and ice, and the toys....paddle boats, floats, fishing equipment, masks, fins and snorkels. There was plenty of room for all of us, I never felt crowded or cramped. I can't say enough about Phil and Flo, they made us feel at home immediately. The enhanced our whole experience. Flo's cooking was amazing....I can't believe those meals came out of the galley!! They were fun, informative, helpful, enthusiastic and accommodating.

Yes, they were.

Yes, they did a very good job reviewing the yacht and its equipment.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes, the yacht was very clean, and everything was in good working condition except for the steering. After taking over the yacht and starting to navigate out of the harbor the boat lost its steering. Conch was very prompt about sending a person out to help me and came up with a quick creative solution.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Yes, everything we need was there.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, it was very comfortable, and the breeze flowed readily through the boat.
