It was a good experience overall, however, when I arrived the name on my reservation was incorrect and the boat name had changed - both were confusing. I think they had written my name down as 'Candy Jones' which was kind of funny, but also odd because all correspondence had been digital.

Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
Oh, in the best way possible! In particular, upon arrival, we were trying to get in touch with our provisioning company on the phone, and another charter in the marina was 'amped up' about their new charter with blaring music. The owner quickly ushered me into her own office (without saying a word!) so that I could finish the communications with the provisioners in a quieter setting. Further, they helped us claim our provisions and rental 'toys' and even helped us schlepp ALL this onto the boat.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Ohmygodyes! Our team of hosts did a brilliant job walking us through the systems, as well as keeping us updated on the necessary adjustments to the A/C units that were not working up to potential.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes!
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Better than my own kitchen at home. (!)
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, definitely.

This boat was in perfect working order. TMM provided very detailed information and very efficient checkin and checkout. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We have chartered with just about every company and TMM was the best organized and ready to make our trip spectacular. I would highly recommend them and this boat if it’s available.
