Yes.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Somewhat. We should have asked more questions on how to use the GPS plotter. To set waypoints, etc...
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Almost perfect. The water maker did not work. They told us they would pay for any water we had to purchase. But there are no places to easily purchase water and it is wasted vacation time to have to do so. We did run out of water tank water the last day but had enough bottle water to carry us through. The yacht did have very limited storage space - we used the forward crew berths to store our extra bottle water supplies. Moorings did give us a $30 credit for water to apply against the boot hook we bent trying to pick up a mooring ball.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
They did not include a coffee maker that could be used on the propane stove. So we had to start the generator each morning to run the AC drip coffee maker. They should include a percolator or French press coffee maker.

Charter base provided great service. Also the country of Belize makes getting last day COVID test a breeze by arranging for nurses to come to the boat and print out in 10 minutes our negative COVID tests.

Did you like the area you chartered in?
Challenging with the many coral heads and reefs. The GPS chart plotter helped us navigate and avoid grounding. We came into a very difficult Pelican Cay island group in a heavy rain down pour with poor visibility and managed well using the GPS. Very satisfying, however, and manageable with care.

So so. The yacht overall was very nice, but had some issues. These issues were more of an inconvenience as major, but we think they were all known before.

I understand that these boats have a quick turn around and not everything can be fixed immediately, but telling us for example that the outside grill works, but we need to hold the gas button for more than 60 seconds to ensure it keeps going wasn’t ok. It didn’t work, and there clear signs that several people before us tried to make it work. If we would have known before, we wouldn’t have bought the meat and would have planned differently. Not a big deal, but also not necessary.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
Yes, it was clean and overall a very nice boat, but some maintenance issues.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
The outside grill didn’t work and didn’t for a while. We could see other people tried their luck before.

All the other cooking equipment worked well
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes

Overall is was a good experience.

Some of the maintenance issues should have been taken care of before renting it

Staff was very good. Office was hard to find.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Yes, we had a Captain that showed us an extensive amount as well as training videos sent to me in advance.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
It was clean but, there appeared to be some deferred maintenance. I assumed it was kind of like the rental car business when they turn over so fast. Many customers might just not comment. I wrote down any and all issues and shared them with Navigarre upon my check-in post sail. Nothing was serious - just some small annoyances.

There were only about 4 tools on board so if I needed to fix something - I.e. the dinghy suspension straps in the dinghy, it was a bit challenging.

Very clean. I personally would have like some more seating chairs in lieu of lounging chairs , regardless very comfortable

Yes, would have preferred to run generator while traveling. But again we found our ways to take our naps
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Devan and Davis could not be more accommodating . We all left like we added them both to our Families.
Their energy and commitment to service and detail was simply unbelievable
Both of them prepared meals that outstanding .
Was the food good and well presented?
Absolutely they put a lot of work into their preparation as well as the presentation.

They always made adjustments for SPD ial requests.
