Very friendly and accommodating. The on boarding process was much better than prior years, where there were delays an malfunction of AC,

There was clearly a lot of chaos going on for check-ins for other charterers... much drama over boats that were not available and trips being delayed, etc. Very glad that we were not part of that, everything went smoothly for us. Given there were several upset parties we felt lucky.
