Upon arrival and during your charter, were the staff of the charter company friendly and accommodating?
No one was around but it was easy to find the boat etc.
Did the staff do a good job familiarizing you with the yacht and its equipment?
Check out was okay. The aft starboard head was clogged upon arrival, it was "fixed" with a new valve placed but it was not fixed and was broken the entire week.
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
The yacht was beautiful but there were several maintenance issues. The aft starboard head was clogged from arrival. We didn't use it. The automatic winch for the dinghy davit didn't work but we were able to hand pull easily. The port pontoon bilge pump was clogged with hair and other grossness. We took it apart unclogged and fixed. The autopilot wouldn't turn off so you had to run downstairs and turn off the instruments to regain steering. It was a beautiful boat with a good layout. We own a boat and know how to fix most things so it wasn't a huge deal for us but I wonder how newbies or older people would feel. We had a strong son to crank the dinghy up.
Was the yacht's cooking and cleaning equipment sufficient?
Never did find the broom for cabin. Hand swept with wipes. But other wise yes, dishes, stove, equipment excellent.
Was the yacht well ventilated?
Yes, very the best layout ever.
Additional comments about the charter company and yacht you chartered?
We were there during a week when many charts were impounded by customs. We were happy to have our yacht free to travel. It was a beautiful boat, but a few minor maintenance issues should be addressed.

Saved our trip for us. After our boat was pulled but moorings the last minute they pulled together another boat at the last minute with a great company(virgin charter yachts) out of nanny cay on the bvi.

I would specifically like to give a very enthusiastic compliment and endorsement to Lindsay at the Virgin island charters base. She was helpful when I spoke with her on the phone with stupid questions before the charter, and was extremely personable and helpful. Additionally, she had very good local knowledge suggestions.

Yes, Scooby what is the name of the fellow that check this out on the boat. He knows his stuff and is extremely communicative .
Was the yacht clean and in good working condition?
The boat was very clean and very well equipped. If there was one small negative it was that the boat was in his last year of charter and was showing a little wear in a couple of places. However, we had a budget and understood this when booking this older boat before booking the charter. So, there was really no surprise there. I have had younger boats in far inferior condition at major charter companies previously

Yes! Plenty of hatches to open when air circulation was needed.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
They were one of the best parts of the entire trip. They were thoughtful, considerate, friendly, engaged, and by the end of the trip became our friends. We are so grateful they were our crew and Emily was spot on in her analysis they were going to be a good fit for our group.
Was the food good and well presented?
YES! Judy is an incredible chef and Vince's grilling assistance made for some of the best food we could have imagined. It was delicious with amazing presentation. Portion sizes were perfect and we were never hungry.

I really cannot say enough great things about Judy, Vince, and Jake. They made our trip the incredible vacation it was.

Yes, we had indicated wanting to do a lot of snorkeling and Vince was able to put us in some amazing spots. When we had a detour due to weather (not able to visit St. Croix), Vince took us to a few other spots that offered equally as amazing things!

This was a big "bucket list" trip for us and it was exceptional. Tippee and Wade (and Bo) are great hosts and the experience couldn't have been better. The food was gourmet, and they accommodated our tastes. The boat toys, 6' paddle board, other paddled boards, big floatie, tent and chairs for the beach...we had everything we needed. Great experience with a floating taco bar and a boat concert!

Was the yacht comfortable and clean?
It was very comfortable. Our crew did everything they could to make it comfortable and clean and to keep it that way. Gigi was amazing. She was always moving. She kept out cabin tidy, folded clothes and towels, and made the boat feel easy to be on. Her table settings were so impressive!
Was the yacht well ventilated?
It was. Never even thought about it. It was always comfortable and air conditioned.
Was the crew friendly and accommodating?
Absolutely. Captain Patrik was always open and accommodating to do anything that made our trip more enjoyable. Rica led our excursions and water sports. Mary made amazing food.
Was the food good and well presented?
This was one of the highlights of the trip! We never had a bad meal and the meals on the boat were better than the restaurants we visited. Mary is amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about the crew. The boat was impressive the the crew was exceptional. The crew made the trip unforgettable.
